Been here many times over the years. Great pizza and usually great service! Today’s visit though struck me as probably the best visit i’ve made to this location. I came in asking for the lunch special (these are great in it of themselves by the way) and the gentleman at the counter was by far the nicest guy i have ever met working at Jet’s! Super great service! Give this guy a raise!

This is by FAR the best pizza in Traverse!!! We are in town working and haven’t been as happy with our pizzas as we are today! I got the Aloha Chicken personal and I couldn’t stop eating it! Definitely a must have if ur in the area!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

We ordered bread sticks and when we got them home, we discovered they were raw in the middle. Jet’s confirmed that a new employee put them into the conveyor oven too far so they didn’t cook as long as they should have. They wouldn’t give us a refund and all they would offer is a $5 credit on our next order. The bread sticks cost $8.99. This apparently, is “store policy”.

This place is a joke. They always mess up the order and if you call they laugh at you and do nothing. We are vegan so we order our pizza with no cheese…. apparently that means we don’t get anything on the pizza at all!

Folks never have disappointed. They’re deliveries are always on time and they are very communicative. Even through all of the staffing issues that small business owners face right now, it’s always done very well and we’ve never had even the closest thing to a disappointment. Just wanted to drop five stars for these guys because I know they are short staffed and always come through. Oh, and the pizza is amazing, too. 🙂
