Ordered a few custom pizzas from this location and all were phenomenal. Never have done the combo of Detroit-style turbo crust with sausage, chicken, giardenera, and jalapeños – so so good. Solid location, haven’t had a bad order from here yet

This is the first time this has happened but pizza was overcooked. Ssusage, pepperoni, bacon and crust were burnt. Did not taste well at all. Boneless wings were dry and cold. Very unusual but very disappointed. Will rethink next time and try somewhere else

I enjoyed Jet’s pizza. The Detroit style pan pizza was a nice change up from the tavern style thin pizza I enjoy. This wouldn’t be my go to pizza place but it’s nice to have a different style once in a while.

I’ve ordered from this location before and have never had an issue prior to now. I ordered through grub hub and when I called the restaurant inquiring on my order since it was taking longer than normal, the person was rude and said he never received my order….the internet was going in and out, there were no delivery drivers, etc. I told him I wanted a refund and he said with an attitude he doesn’t know how to do that. Then he said he’ll figure it out and hung up on me. He never asked for my name. I called them back and he finally answered telling me that I’m a rude customer. I asked for his name and he said he doesn’t have to give that to me. I told him his manager needs to call me and he said he’ll try to give him the message. Horrible customer service. No work ethic.

I only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero. Who ever the manager is on today’s date &6:51pm, I’m posting this because of your lack of leadership and not upholding your duties as an manager…..I don’t know his name because he never got on the phone to address me. The young man that answered was to scared to give me his name. Not only did they send me the wrong order , the delivery driver Had very aggressive words with me because he had a ring my doorbell twice. Then I call to get what I order in ordered, was hung up on numerous times, and told me they would get to me when they could, while not taking my name or an order number. Then I was being told I was being an inconvenience. Mind you all I’m trying to do is get the food that I paid for delivered to me. The manager refused to speak to me. They refused to give me my money back and told me that they had to wait for corporate to send me my money. So tonight I have no pizza no money and the management won’t even addressed me as a customer. Amazing leadership and customer service thanks

Jets pizza is an amazing Detroit based pizza chain! The Detroit style crust (square pizza) is a must have! Great cauliflower crust options for GF individuals. Be sure to get Jets ranch dressing for dipping! If you are a fan of brownies, the brownie is fantastic! If you order through text message, they offer 20% off your order. It’s definitely worth trying!

I just happened upon this little pizza gem a few years back in Joliet and it has been a family favorite ever since! If you love thick, crispy crust, this is the pizza for you!!! We can’t get enough! Only wish they had more locations, we have to drive 25 minutes to our nearest Jet’s!
