Pizza is acceptable. Dining in is an option that should be considered on the coldest of winter days. I have sweat rolling of body as I write this. Best to order and wait outside in the sun before bracing the interior. All of the chairs and men’s room door are sticky.

They delivered our food to our door and did not notify us. No knock on the door, or phone call, just left our food on our door step. About 30 minutes after our expected delivery time we open our door and food is sitting there getting cold. We did not request no contact delivery, and this has never happened before. Very frustrating.

Have ordered delivery (through Doordash) three times. Two times they did not include the extra ranch I paid for, not a huge deal. Tonight the delivery driver showed up and they didn’t have the order. She was nice enough to wait for them to make my order. They clearly took an old pie and put more cheese and my toppings on. In the picture you can see the pie itself is cut, but the new cheese and toppings aren’t. If it wasn’t obvious enough, the bottom was literally cold while the toppings were decently hot. When done right their pizza is very good, but this garbage tonight assured I will never order from them again.

Went here because I have it In Detroit every time I make it up there. But let me say it’s NOT THE SAME!!! The service was terrible I waited for over an hour for my food that was in the warmer the whole time. Eventually when I received it I was hoping that the food would make up for the frustration, but it simply did not. I will never be back

Ordered in store and it took long time to get I then realized it wasn’t what I ordered I went to counter and couldn’t find all 3 workers. I went to look for them and all 3 were outside smoking weed. When they did come back I explained I had wrong order so I wanted my money back. It was 8.99 so he gave me 9 dollars and said don’t worry about the penny like wth it had tax. This was worst service ever.

I usually eat the Webster Groves Jet’s Pizza a few times a month. I dine-in for lunch. The pizza is usually fresh, and I like the value of the 2 slice, drink, and small pizza lunch special. The staff is always friendly, and brings the food to the table unless you walk up to grab your order.
