Text order. Terrible pizza: wrong ingredient added: there was onions in the pizza. Entire amount of olives were piled up on 2 slices and not cooked properly. Having to buy another pizza from another place. Thanks for ruining kids’ pizza dinner and wasting our money. There are other options in the area, done with Jet’s after this second in a row bad experience

Good food, but terrible service and attitude. Thus, my one star. Difficult to order online, text gives you a 15% discount but that takes way too long. I needed to call to customize my order (cuz via text is impossible) and that’s when the miscommunications, accidental hang ups (two), and bad attitude was enough for me to make the following conclusions: I don’t recommend them and I’ll never order from them again. Maybe if I’ve given the apology I deserved at the time. But, there’s lots more options for pizza y’all!

Can’t recommend. Tastes worse than Via 313 and even Motor City (Frozen) pizza. Additionally they give no text message notifications when your order is ready (like seriously who doesn’t do this in this day and age? The taco truck down the street does this) and trying to call and confirm it is ready is impossible. I’m going to avoid this chain at least until they realize it’s no longer the 90’s

I usually love this place they have great pizza BUT lately the employees there are apathetic and lazy not wanting to do their job. Tried to order a pizza at 9:25 but was refused due to ” they don’t take orders for pickup after 9:30″…. It’s only 9:25. The employee said it would be after by the time he took the order. I doubt that would be true since i always order the same as last time thus they already have the info. So I want the owner to know he is paying someone who couldn’t be bothered to do their job, I’m betting I wasn’t the only customer that was turned away that evening. He was probably too busy on his phone to care…..
