I recently discovered Jets pizza & it is absolutely delicious! Tonight I saw that they had a text feature available. By using the text feature you get 15% off your order. I tried placing the order but it said the pizza was unavailable so I called the store & explained what had happened. They took my order & asked if I wanted ranch. I said sure & went to pick up my order. Upon arrival, I did ask about the 15% discount and the guy didn’t know anything about it. He said he thought it was for a specific time frame and couldn’t make an adjustment to our order. After leaving we noticed we were charged for the ranch, which I feel should have been disclosed beforehand.

They have the distinction of offering all the major styles of pizza; New York, Chicago and Detroit. I’m a fan of New York style. There’s quite few places that offer a better NY version. Jet’s is not bad. It’s better than say Costco but it’s far from great.

Jetz Pizza is absolutely delicious!! I make the drive from the West Valley and its worth the Drive! The Pizza, and Salads are delicious!! The customer service is great and don’t pay attention to Nagative Karen’s or Kevin’s reviews! The hard working staff can’t keep make everyone happy! Jetz Pizza Rocks!!

Your getting a review from an actual Detroit pure breed ☺️… Delicious pizza only reason this place didn’t get a five stars is because customer service kinda suck. I mentioned I was from Detroit and he was confused even though you sell Detroit pizza ♀️ also he should probably treat all customers the same if you open the door for one white woman because her hands are full you should probably do it for all women who hands are full ♀️ just saying. My food was really cold and the sweet chili wings was not crispy but the air fryer saved my experience. I’ll probably try the other location next time

The traditional deep dish pizza is phenomenal. I also get the cauliflower crust pizza which is a thin crust and I enjoy it. The topping are delish, the sauce is flavorful and the cheese is plentiful.

Absolutely devoured our thick and cheesy deep dish. The sausage was a perfect compliment to the pepperoni. We went small this visit. Never again though! We will order large for the left overs. Great service; friendly, professional and attentive.
