If I could give 0 stars I would!! This location has been sold and not affiliated with the location in Mableton location anymore. I ordered the catfish nugget half meal yesterday and got food very sick after only eating 2 pieces of it. The food had Absolutely NO taste. I will definitely not be returning to the Austell location.

Two years ago this was the best chicken in ga, but since they got rid of that Indian guy they chicken straight trash which is where I put it after I ate a couple of pieces. The chicken taste like it was cooked in old grease and it look like it was cooked old grease and it taste like it was cooked all grease and smell like old grease. I haven’t been here since I moved out the area and this chicken is not good anymore.

With my rating here the food is great, I really like the Cook’s way of flavoring the food the sitting area was clean, but dealing with the clerk I thought she wasn’t professional at all. She was on her personal cell phone the entire time I ordered. Other than that the place was ok

Portions are much smaller than before for the same price. They keep changing owners for some reason, which is strange. The new owners are stingy and the food/portions are very small. Teeny wings..small pieces of fish. I would not recommend.

When they first opened the food was absolutely amazing!!! They have had 4-6 owners since opening and that’s ridiculous. These new owners have changed the recipes and it’s absolutely NASTY!! I will not be going back. Even my 2 yr old grandson who eats everything didn’t eat.

I’m always starving when I go here! Hence why I only got a picture of left over fries ♀️ ♀️! They give you twice this amount! I had wings with 10 shrimp. Hubby had 3 wings and gizzards. The wings are large and whole! The portion of fries and gizzards can easily feed 2 people. Next time I’ll hopefully remember to take pictures!

Ordered online so the food would be ready when I got there . Get there aren’t told they don’t use the app so I had to wait for all my food to be cooked. I asked if they had catfish like I ordered . The young lady told “I don’t know, and I can’t ask because none of the cooks speak English “ I got fried shrimp and this how it came out. No breading in the shrimp. Fries undercooked. I will not return.

I went to this restaurant yesterday 2/12/2023 for a pickup order. My total purchase was for $21.17. I woke up this morning to someone giving themselves a generous tip of $8. I would have never tipped anyone at this place because the cashier had a nasty attitude and the food was ok. She was behind the counter sitting down and leaned over sleeping. If you’re going to visit this place please take a picture of the receipt you give them back. This is fraudulent activity. I’m very upset. STEALING!!!!!!

I have purchased food from here in the past and it was good. I called in an order today and it had so much seasoning dust on it that the fish and wings were inedible. When I called to speak with the manager I was told they were not there and the response from the lady on the phone was “I don’t work in the kitchen”. There was no effort to correct the problem. Poor customer service.

*** UPDATE 05/13/23 Stopped here forcwhat I thought was gonna be GREAT food. To find out they have NEW Owners and it shows in quality and service.
