I ordered my food online only to be told when I arrived 20 mins later that they didn’t have my order because they couldn’t hear the online orders be read to them over a call from the online system. I was told that I would have to send the owner a screenshot of my order via text in order to get approval to fix my food. After going through all of this, I provided the cashier with my order and was advised that they would start working on my order. 13 minutes later I was given some spoiled crab legs that smelled and tasted like they had been sitting out over the weekend. Never again! I just threw the whole bag away because I was already told earlier that I couldn’t get a refund when they initially didn’t have my order. I’m so disappointed, but I guess that’s what happens when you try to have three typed of restaurants under the same JG brand! I will say that their chicken be bussin’ but I’m good on all of that after this horrible experience.

Kima by far was a ray of sunshine! Polite and professional ! On the other hand been coming for quite sometime and the food just isn’t the same. My catfish tasted look and tasted like tailpa and chicken wings were bland! I think I will wait for them to work out their new management things before returning. If it was for Kima I would have token the food back

Never again. A knockoff JJ’s Fish and Chicken that does everything wrong. Chicken was super dry. The chicken tenders were extremely small and skinny. It was all wrong. I wouldn’t dare come back. I should’ve never cheated on JJ’s.

Under new management. Ordered online through the website and the new owners never received my order so now I have to wait for a refund. Jumbo shrimp are not jumbo and were freezer burned. Won’t be back!

This has always been my place to eat since they opened but, the new staff is horrible. I’ve gotten catfish that smelt spoiled and they close when they want to. Guess I’ll just start taking my money elsewhere

I apologize for not getting more pictures, but it was our first visit for my wife and I. The accommodations were well spaced, clean, and within 15 minutes our order was done. The plate below is the combo meal. You have a choice of two meats and this includes French fries, cole slaw, and two slices of bread. I had the whiting fish and shrimp. Everything was well cooked and seasoned. The fries taste like real potatoes and have good texture. The shrimp were extremely tender, easy eating. The soft drinks were good and the sweet tea was so sweet who needs caffeine…lol

Always fast and friendly service. Cheryl is a very very nice and kind person. The food is always HOT and FRESH. Well worth the money. Busy with takeout orders but never crowded and loud. Very peaceful atmosphere. Plenty of parking space available
