First time trying Jim Bob’s. We ordered pepperoni strombolis which turned out so soggy and oozing so much sauce you couldn’t pick them up at all. The manjare rolls were really good and the only thing we finished eating. Unfortunately, the strombolis we’re too soupy and not appetizing.

I’m always a little torn on eating here. I love the food, my whole fam does. And we are a family of 7 so when we order food, we spend A LOT of $$$. I’m torn because, 4 of my boys (at the high school across the st) walk to Jim Bobs almost everyday for lunch. And every day I’m told by all 4 how rude JB employees are to all of them. When in reality, they should be EXTREMELY grateful to those kids for coming there everyday. Probably one of the biggest reasons your restaurant hasn’t shut down with ALL the others. That “slice” money adds up 5x a week. So- great food. Not so great attitudes.

Great pizza, even better ice cream to go with it. Ability to make shakes and malts out of nearly any flavor is great. Even better, they started doing flights of ice cream, which are tastings of different flavors. Having been a customer for quite a while, and recommend this place to anyone that I can. I personally like the gyro guy or farmer Frank pizza, but that is because I love gyros.

The pizza here is second to none. The crust is very balanced and always cooked perfectly. The sauce is flavorful. The cheese is real and given in a generous portion. They seem to have worked out all the issues with their online ordering and I have updated this to reflect it.

We ordered a large pizza with a coupon for $15.99. After we paid for the pizza and driving away we see the special in the window-same pizza for $13.99! Cashier had no problem taking our money! Ordered pizza w light sauce! Pizza had NO sauce! Close to if not worst pizza I have ever had! Called the manager to provide feedback. He was sarcastic and very rude. Told me we got what we ordered and no apology for the over charge. When I asked who owned his store he told me he did. Yikes! Rude, unprofessional and awful pizza!

We liked the pizza and ice cream but received bad service. I can overlook it happening once but it happened both times we went. We were very friendly and polite but the young man behind the counter never smiled, sighed and rolled his eyes when we said we needed time to choose our ice cream flavors, and generally acted like we were unwanted. Once we placed our order he barked it back at us in question form. As he scooped it, I saw him drop some on the counter and pick it up by hand and put it in our pint container. After we paid he took my receipt and held up to his face to check for a tip. (There was none). When we got home we found that our pint container wasn’t even filled. There was about three scoops in it. I am a local restaurant manager and am appalled by this service.
