Pizza is nothing out of this world and it’s expensive. I was considering ordering a pizza and had an online coupon code. I noticed in the total they had an online ordering fee. I was shocked. Everyone is forcing people to order online these days. These people are charging you more for it. Just crazy. There’s better cheaper options out there. Don’t let places like this take advantage of you.

Be very careful coming here to eat, you can’t imagine the kinds of people the managers and the owner are, my friend works here and the only thing they do is to be the new one, they only humiliate you, my friend was a manager and on his first day he they ordered all the windows of the restaurant to be cleaned while everyone looked at them and laughed obviously my friend resigned that same day but if you come to eat here don’t go don’t collaborate with this type of people, my friend already sued them so good luck jimanos pizzeria

Nothing against the business itself or the food, the food is very good! But when I ordered on Sunday, the driver/shift manager I got, Will, was VERY inappropriate towards me. He asked if I was alone tonight and then proceeded to search me up on Facebook after he dropped off my food and add me as friend. Extremely inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. I would like to order from them again but this experience made me very uneasy. Also the person I spoke to the next day didn’t seem to know what to do or say about the situation so I’m unsure of what to expect if I order again from this location.

Love their pizza and wings! The curbside and the staff recognizing when you notify them you’ve arrived does leave a lot to be desired. Seems a bit like they don’t always pay attention to that system. Overall, awesome food every time I’ve gone.

This locations pizza is NOT up to par with the other locations. Their crust is different and dry, sauce is spicy and we did not like the aftertaste, overall tasted horrible. Their prices are higher too. We will definitely not return to this location. Both Gurnee stores are much better.

Enjoyed the pizza here until I observed the same person sweeping the floors, touching the dustpan, move to handling and packaging the pizza. Super unsanitary practice and I’m sure it happens in many places. Makes me wonder if those same hands handled the dough and put the toppings on. That was all I needed to see. Not sure why cleanliness and appropriate hygiene is such a challenge and not a priority.
