I’ve found this place over 6 years ago and it definitely helped with my Chicago food desire. The pizzas were always good but not great. I live in Castle Rock so getting here is a chore which is why we don’t come more often. Now my son lives nearby and we are in the area quite often and we came back to visit and were blown away at how delicious the thin crust pizza was. It rivaled the mom and pop places back in Chicago. We now consider this the best Chicago thin crust pizza in Colorado. Service was friendly and restaurant was clean and looks like it may have been painted recently. We will definitely be back more often

Jimano’s pizza is really good! I was sad when Paxti closed down but this place is actually better. Especially the thin crust pizza was excellent! The stuffed pizza was delicious and reminded me of Chicago were I grew up eating deep dish my whole life. The staff was great, can’t wait to eat here again.

I’ve ordered from Jimanos several times in the past, the pizza is indeed great. However, I ordered at 4:30 today, an hour goes by, nothing. Hour and a half, nothing. I call and I’m on hold for 30 minutes, nothing. I call again 15 minute hold. Someone picks up the phone and immediately hangs up. I send someone over there, and you have contractors working, and they say you are closed. I want to give local spots $$, and I will continue to, but this is crazy. You didn’t have a voicemail that says you are closed, and your website didn’t display a closed banner until an hour later.

Pizza is better than the major spots by miles. Besides waiting a bit the customer service is the best I’ve experienced in more or less ever. The overall experience will have me coming back very certainly. I don’t wanna sensationalize it, but if you enjoy pizza or even if you just want some good food you cannot go wrong with this place. It was cheaper than expected and while our server was busy I expected him to be even more so.
