I recently learned of this place and decided to try them out. They offer a wide selection of dishes in various prices points. I tried the street tacos and the coney dog both were good. I also tried the wings, on the website and in store the menu states that they were $10 but I was charged $12 (I was told the up charge was b/c the wings were now whole clearly not) I like that they offer healthy options as well. I also tried a cake batter protein shake that was pretty good.

We recently had food catered and it was AMAZING. I am not into franchises, so I am always looking for great food. Finally, found one in Canton! Crab legs, Mac and cheese, asparagus, wings, just a few of my favorites. Customer service is great. The owner is hands-on and creative. Definitely a gem, I can’t wait to go back.

I wish there were more than 5 Stars. I had the Salmon bowl which includes rice, broccoli, and shrimp. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The prices are extremely reasonable for the high quality foods. Highly recommend that anyone in the Canton, Jackson, Massillon and Perry areas give them a try. You won’t regret it!

Be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. They will tell you your food will be ready in 20 minutes. In 30 minutes you’ll be told it’s almost done. If you’re lucky, you’ll have it in an hour. While all of this is happening, the chef keeps coming out of the kitchen to help their pre-adolescent on the phone and enter orders. They appear unconcerned about the inconvenience even to the delivery drivers from the companies they use. I commend their entrepreneurial spirit, but no matter how good the food, it won’t offset the operational deficiencies.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Since I can’t respond to the owners response I have edited my review. I arrived 5 minutes early for an order and it wasn’t ready for another 15 minutes after that. The entire time the female employee and the man were in the back laughing and talking about people in prison. Allow me to give you some advice on hospitality: when a guest walks into your establishment you should say “ welcome to Jimbos, how can I assist you” when a guest leaves you should say “ thank you for for business. I realize there are plenty of options to choose from and we appreciate the opportunity to earn you business” also when you have guests in your establishment try and keep the conversations with other employees professional. Guests don’t want to hear about your friends in prison while they wait 15 minutes after the time the order was supposed to be ready.

Fabulous food!! Came from out of town visiting family so I encouraged them to try with me. Peppersteak, charburger, and wings were great!! Will be visiting again my next trip. Staff is friendly and you can tell food is fresh
