Pretty good tacos, a bit higher level than Taco Bell “fast food”. Quality beef, though lacking some seasoning. They fry the taco shells rather than taking them out of a package.

I visited this location because it’s close to my house. Only thing is, they don’t have a drive thru. But my experience was poor, due to what I saw. So I ordered our food and we (family and I) were waiting for it while we waited a man walks in and proceeds to tell the cashier that his togo order was incorrect. When he got home he noticed items were missing from the order and he drove back and told to tell them and so the lady at registers asks the cook, and the man is there waiting and the lady was like “ok 1 burrito not 2” and I guess he was missing two of them, she said they could only give him 1 based on what the cook said that she did in fact out two in that order, and I’m just there listening and waiting for my food. And her and gentleman go back and forth wether it was one or two burritos and I just felt like it was unprofessional, why would he come all the way back to argue about missing food that’s a hassle and I just felt like it was an easy fix, give the customer what he wants he obviously paid for food that was missing and there was no need to go back and forth. I’m be worked in the fast food industry before and it’s really not that serious, I was upset for the gentleman. And for that reason, I will no longer visit this location again. Very bad first impression and I will go elsewhere. Staff needs to be retrained on customer service.

This location is rhe best jimboys I have ever had and the customer service is spectacular. Carniitas is so good and I don’t eat ground beef tacos but I ordered one and I am a huge fan now, so good. Happy eating family

Been coming here for years and love the food, but today’s experience was so bad. The lady taking our order clearly wasn’t listening at all. I asked if I could sub the chips in a kids meal for rice (which they almost always do for me) and she said no. I told her I didn’t want the kids meal if I couldn’t get the rice. I finished my order and she told me the total. I thought it was too high and asked her to read it back to me as I handed her the card. She charged me, THEN read it back to me, skipping over the kids meal she charged me for. I then look at the receipt and told her she overcharged me. She then acted like she didn’t know I told her no kids meal (even though she didn’t read that item back to me!). I then had to fill out a form to get a refund! The food came and we got 2 orders of taquitos instead of 1 and an order of churros. I then asked for the churros and I got them with BARELY any cinnamon or sugar on them. Very disappointing…

Not good, tacos are always soft no Parmesan cheese on the shells, made and taste tossed together. Spend the extra 10 minutes and drive to Fruitridge or Stockton Blvd.
