Decor is a little outdated, but the restaurant is CLEAN. Staff is super friendly. I got a small pizza (eggplant and mushrooms). The crust was amazing, perfect amount of sauce and they were not stingy with toppings. I also got the wings and WOW. Some of the best in area. Juicy, CRISP, and seasoned perfectly (dry rubbed spice) truly amazing. Run, don’t walk!!

I just tried all veg pizza and it was great the only thing which I felt off was when I ordered pizza I asked them to add Chilli flakes and oregano separately but when I picked it, it was not there. I came back from the parking to ask for it, although, they gave in small plastic bowl but that show lack of seriousness toward customer. Also, I think having little sachets could have done better.

I am super picky! This is the best pizza in the hartford/west hartford area. I have celiac and their gluten free pizza is the best I had ever!!!! My new favorite pizza spot! Definitely a must try! Btw my to go order was quick 15-20 minutes. Dining in was the normal waiting time as well! Great work!

Me and my wife were excited to come to Jimmy’s after years.. today i and my wife walked in for pizza for our children and I asked if they had any pizza specials. The lady in the front boldly told me this was not pizza hut. I felt awkward and unwelcomed when she said that.i told her I dont eat at pizza hut. She then gave me a menu and I came back and stood in the front to order and we were ignored she started a conversation with another man that came in and completely ignored us. Sadly we ended up walking out. We did not feel welcome today there. Being a Hispanic she made me feel very uncomfortable. Rude. We drove 35 minutes for Jimmy’s pizza and we were given the cold shoulder.

Just got GF pizza and a Buffalo Chicken grinder to go. The Buffalo Chicken grinder lacked some flavor. My companion added a bunch of Frank’s and some blue cheese dressing at home. Lots of chicken though. The GF pizza was really good. I haven’t seen Jimmie’s on GF pizza lists around. But they have a homemade tasting crust that isn’t like the nasty cracker-like crusts so many places offer. The toppings are pricey, so I stuck with just cheese, but it’s worth a try if you’re looking for GF pizza!

First, I’m sorry for the bad review. I’m not sure, but I think you may need a bug bomb… There’s a specific taste that I cannot tolerate after having lived in a house with a cockroach infestation. While canned tomatoes, sauces, and sun-dried tomatoes can sometimes be tainted, the flavor was in the crust. With that said, the cheese on the pizza was excellent.
