2 stars is being generous here. The bacon on my club was legit fresh out of the fridge there’s more lettuce than meat and the bread tastes like it was made 2 days ago and kept in a bin out back. Jesus even subway does better than this chain.

The employee sneezed into his hand in the kitchen which left it literally dripping with snot, he proceeded to leave the non-snot covered glove on while he washed his hands… I was relieved realizing he wasn’t making my sandwich but I absolutely had lost my appetite at that point, but then he was the one who wrapped my sandwhich. Won’t be eating the sandwhich. SNEEZE INTO YOUR ELBOW AND TAKE OFF YOUR GLOVES WHEN WASHING YOUR HANDS!

My experience here was great, as good as any Jimmy John’s I’ve been to in California. The turkey sandwich, my absolute favorite, was great – exactly like I remember them, so it was very consistently made. The folks in the store provided a customary (what I am used to) experience also, friendly and fast. No complaints from me on this visit!

I ordered sandwiches for delivery for a group meeting, (second time) not only are the sandwiches really tasty with fresh bread and meats, the service when I ordered was very good. Staff was very helpful. When the order arrived, (incredibly nice delivery person) I realized I did not have enough sandwiches. I phoned, with the help of the delivery person, and ordered an additional 30 half sandwiches. The person on the phone was very helpful and < 30 minutes I had an additional 30 sandwiches delivered to our company. I will definitely be using this location again for myself and future company meetings. Food is very good.
