I ordered delivery and after an hour of no food I called the store to see what was going on. The guy that answered the phone was short and rude. He told me that the hour wait time was normal and they just had a lot of orders. I can understand they’re busy but he was rude and in a rush to get me off the phone. I was trying to figure out how much longer I could expect to wait.

Stopped in for lunch and ordered my sandwich. While ordering I was asked if I wanted to add any extra meat and suggested to get chips and a drink with my sandwich. I don’t mind the upselling, but one of my modifications (wheat bread) was missed. I mentioned this to the worker who made my sandwich, who offered to remake it…but the employee who took my order said “I was never told that” directly in front of me. I would suggest repeating orders back to customers or simply reducing attempts to upsell and focusing on order quality.

Location closes at 7. Walked in at 6:45 to grab takeout. Despite multiple people behind the counter, woman said they were closed and wouldn’t serve us. I thought she was kidding. Unfortunately not. My 4 and 8 year old left hungry and disappointed.

I called the wrong store. Got to Bakery Square. No sandwich. Nice counter person told me to cancel my sandwich downtown & they would make it for me. Coo!! The employees were great! Picked up my dinner. Drove home. Cold roast beef sandwich. Nothing else. No nayoz no lettuce. No tomatoes. Blah! I was really looking forward to eating my sandwich! I love Jimmy Johns!! I recently purchased a sandwich (spicy Italian) and could not chew through the meat bite after bite went into the trash. Decided to share my experiences with a person that called himself the General Manager. The GM stated he’s a hands on person and that I should of brought it back.
