I use to come here fairly regularly and never had an issue. I came in 8-16-23 and the staff were giving out wrong order numbers and were extremely rude to confused customers asking if the order number they called matched the order number the cashier was giving. If you tell someone their order is 18 and call 118 or 218 that is not 18. No one will understand what you mean when you have a customer with a 118 and a customer with a 218 and the employees are yelling out “Order 18!!!” It wouldn’t even have been an issue if the people behind the counter weren’t back talking customers and acting infantile. I won’t be coming back here.

Food was great, but I was caught off guard with rude service. I recently suffered a concussion, which left my ability to understand speech a bit delayed. While ordering, I couldn’t understand what the cashier was telling me. I asked them to repeat the words twice- which I get is annoying, but I really couldn’t understand. They ended up frustratingly YELLING at me- both the cashier and his other coworker. I feel like there are really obvious ways to navigate that better, and won’t be coming to this location again.

This chain offers an extensive menu of meat and cheese filled sandwiches. It also offers many toppings, including: lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, pickles, onions, avocado spread, and cucumbers. However, the employees couldn’t confirm which of their 4 bread options were vegan. It does offer an “unwhich”—a lettuce wrap. Would be great if Jimmy John’s added a vegan option to its menu. Big interior, lots of seating.

The staff was nice, and our food was indeed made FREAKY FAST. However, they were out of bread. The bread place was out of bread. We ended up getting lettuce wraps because we were ravenous, but it just wasn’t the same. I’m already not the biggest Jimmy John’s fan, as I do not like cold sandwiches, and the cold lettuce doubled down on that unfortunate feature of the restaurant.

I’m working 800ft from this location. I ordered online for freaky fast delivery. It’s been 45 minutes and my order is still not showing out for delivery. I called to see what was going on and was given an attitude. Very unhappy. Usually have great experience with other jimmy johns locations
