The bread is great but the sandwich feels like it’s mostly just bread. Hardly any meat on it. Frankly the menu is a mess by trying to be cute. They make the sandwiches fast for sure. But half the time it isn’t right and is just rushed. Turns into just a sloppy bread sandwich.

As a first timer to Jimmy Johns I was very impressed, the food and atmosphere were excellent but I was most impressed with the staff. The young lady with the blue hair and the older gentleman working were extremely friendly, polite and efficient. It is so hard these days to find good employees so I hope they are appreciated.

Visited today 12pm 9/17. Worst visit ever. The employee named Jay caused more confusion than good. Whoever the manager is PLEASE reschedule JAY during evening hours not during lunch. It is usually in and out service, smooth transition and no problem. Jay not only confused walk in orders but stopped in the middle of preparing orders to answer calls during the process. VERY FRUSTRATING. I hope Jay is not the manager of this location and if so someone with a say so please listen to what your other employees have to say about their co workers. Horrible Experience
