The man working on Wednesday, August 9 at 12:10pm needs to learn how to follow an order ticket and customer service. They made the sandwich wrong the first time and we went back inside to get a new one made, without tomato or mayo. He snagged the sandwich out of my girlfriends hand and remakes the sandwich with mayo. We had to go back inside for them to make our sandwich for the 3rd time! Olivia was kind enough to make it for us the correct way. I’ll go to Jersey Mike’s next time I want a sandwich.

We did not eat. We paid, but there was such a long wait, we just left. Apparently, they had an order they were trying to fill, but couldn’t be bothered waiting on any of the customers who were actually there. Nor did they tell us when we ordered that we would have to wait an inodinate amount of time.

Gargantuan sub for the win! I have had subs from deli’s before where they advertise fresh meat, some of them cut it right in front of you….some let you select your beast like a lobster in a tank. None of them have anything on Jimmys Johns. The bread is amazing, the quality of the sub is umatched, the meat was of such a high quality and the cheese was legit. There is no need to get a sub elsewhere. Hands down one of the best subs I’ve ever had. Bread was not soggy at all, meat was fresh and flavourful, the pickle was top notch. Also, the sub was huge. Go get one!

I understand being short staffed. As everyone is but if you can’t staff drivers then you need to remove the ability to order delivery through your app and doordash until you can fully staff your drivers again…

Stopped with a soccer team to pick up an order. An hour after the pickup time we are still waiting on the order. If they are not staffed properly they should turn down the order.
