My husband and I drove 35 minutes to try the new chicken caesar and jalapeño wraps. Not busy in the store at all since there were only 3 customers. Took them home and unwrapped them – 2 chicken caesar wraps. They were good but wouldn’t do the drive again since we went because my husband wanted to try the jalapeño wrap. If I was in the area, I’d give them another try, but I’d never waste my time driving that far again.

Never saw them make a sub/ sandwich before. Why they tear out middle of bread makes no sense to me . Maker said that’s how they always do and don’t if you request them not to. Didn’t offer to make it with all the bread when I questioned and watched her throw bread away. Sub does not live up to pictures in ads and commercial which lead me there today for new salami pesto sub . Mine had minimal meet and looked like been stepped on. I know now there competition is a better value. Was made freaky fast but I wasn’t in a rush for a disappointment.

Awful doesn’t really describe the food here. This is an overpriced Subway and even that is giving Jimmy John’s a compliment. The portion size is ridiculously small for the outrageous price you pay for it. 7.50 for mainly stale bread. The veggies were OK but the rest was beyond underwhelming. Just Friday I spoke with owner about their business and wished them luck. Today, Saturday of the July 4th weekend I went out of my way on my travel to Delaware park to buy 5 subs for the racing department. I arrived at opening time of 10:00 am only to be told it would be 15-20 minutes because she was making bread!!! If opening is 10 am, then prep work should be completed well in advance of the store hours. When, I get food, it is great. When, the owner is there, the service is great. When I called to speak with her, an employee was not helpful or considerate on the phone. It may be time to set firm employee rules or make changes to be prepared for the customers at operational times set to open. Went to Wawa to spend my money. Now update, as of July 28 I see by the store website they have opening of 10:30 Am now. Guess the employees couldn’t get up early enough before. Just hope now, when customers arrive at 10:30 they are ready.

If you are on a low carb diet and you miss sandwiches, go to Jimmy John’s and order an Unwich made with whatever sandwich is on the board. It sounds completely unoriginal to wrap a sandwich in lettuce instead of bread, but every other sandwich shop just tosses all the ingredients in a tub. These guys band you a freaking hoagie wrapped in lettuce! Love it!
