I was in Gaithersburg for an appointment and wanted to get something to eat before I returned home. I found Jimmy Johns while I was going to Starbucks. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the owner. As a first time customer, he gave me a free brownie. When I got home and started to eat my sandwich, it was so good that I had to call to express my gratitude and satisfaction. I spoke to the manager on duty to tell him about my experience. Kudos to Jeff the owner Drew, and the young lady who made my wrap sandwich.(I didn’t get her name)I will be sure to visit again the next time that I am in the area.

I decided to use my $2 off coupon at Jimmy John’s today. It is National Sandwich Day. I am disappointed with the portion size. I also had no avocado on my sub. It needs flavor. But it’s traditional and inviting so you should definitely add some condiments to it.

This is a typical Jimmy Johns. You can expect the same quality and quickness here as most any other JJ location. Facility was clean enough and the sandwiches came out quickly. No drive thru.

Regular manager/owner was not in. The guy that was there was rude and did not treat all the customers the same. Sandwhich was made incorrect and it took over 45 minutes to get my preordered sandwhich made.

Ordered a whole pickle cut into quarters, received a quarter pickle instead. Too many of my orders here have been wrong over the years. I guess it’s time I find a new sandwich shop.

Food is fine. The fatter you are, the fewer seats there are that fit. So, fitness is a qualifier for dining IN. Unless you go for the outdoor, which is size-unrestricted. BUT the place faces West and there is a risk of late afternoon broiling at said outdoor seating.

I Love Jimmy Johns!! What I dont love is paying $9 for an 8inch sub with literally 2 slices of thinly sliced Turkey. This location which was already empty, has lost a customer!

Not sure how this place has 3.8 stars. The cashier could not care less how I wanted my sandwich…ordered a roast beef and turkey, I asked about toppings he told me to pay first.. ten minutes later he hands me a sandwich. I asked how do u know what I wanted? He responded what it comes with as I pointed out the me u board lists nothing.

Sorry but I didn’t find the sub that I ordered to be very tasty vs the Fire Sub is much better choice.

Decent sandwiches (I’ve had two so far). The ‘kitchen’ layout is terrible for the staff, it seems. And, packaging stuff–bags, boxes, etc.–are all over the place: on top of the display glass cases, tables, etc. Brooms are right next to their food prep area. The ‘corporate’ heads should do better.
