I ordered an Italian coldcut for my kids, half lettuce and tomato the other half plain. The lady taking the order confirmed the order. She didn’t give me a receipt and said you get your receipt when the food comes up. The sub came with everything on it. I told them I only wanted half lettuce and tomato. The lady who took the order said she talked to the manager and the manager said they don’t do that. The mgr said there is no way they can put half lettuce and tomato on half a sub. I complained because they lady who took the order confirmed the order and that was what I paid for. I order here at least once a week from work or on my way home from work. The food is outstanding & very filling, the customer service has always been on point. I appreciate that when I stop in my food is ready in less than 5 minutes, delivery not so much. It’s a good thing the food isn’t hot or itd be ice cold by the time I got it. Other than them needing more drivers I have no complaints

Tip your delivery driver in cash if you can.That $5.99 delivery fee is never seen by your delivery driver…franchise owner pockets that. Owner uses driver’s car and gas, but pockets the delivery fee. Jimmy Johns makes more of you do delivery. They pocket the $6 delivery fees and pay the driver much less than the in shop. No added delivery costs for them. Same exact bag, cups, and napkins as dine in.
