THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD AND THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SANDWICH HANDLING OF MY FOOD. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED AND NOT ALLOWED TO SERVICE ANY CUSTOMERS EVER! I asked for a simple Jimmy John’s little John sandwich and rather than admit she messed up on my order. She stated it wasn’t mine then she made it again and voided my charge but no receipt given.. when I asked for a receipt copy told me to take a picture. Then took of items on the sandwich made and then threw items on the new sandwich. She didn’t change gloves from the register touching money. Then had an attitude when I asked about the items on my order. Horrible service!!! Please train the staff on handing food and customer service!!! Then lied on receipt that I changed my order. There are 3 charges now on my account. Absolutely horrible!!! MOLD ON BREAD I think I’m going to be sick!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

Ordered three times from this location and annoyed each time. Whether I ordered a Little John or a Big John each sandwich literally had ONE slice of meat on each one. The third and final time not only was it missing 99% of the ROAST BEEF, they put TURKEY on it!!!! After the 2nd order I decided to share my experiences with corporate who stated they have a set recipe regarding the amount of ingredients on their sandwiches and said they would reach out to the store owner to make it right. I received an email for a free sandwich so I decided since it wasn’t costing me anything, I’d give them one more chance and they failed miserably!! Giving one star because even though their sandwiches are way overpriced for the quality, they are pretty tasty. Corporate needs to make a surprise visit to this location!

I have been coming jimmy johns for some time, normally for my lunch because this location is conveniently located near my place of work and I’ve seen drastic changes not only in speed but customer service has improved tremendously. The sandwich quality is almost always up to par, but overall attentiveness, speed, and most importantly getting my order right the first time has improved majorly. I do want to mention the bbq chips are a great addition to any sandwich but especially my favorite the #7 Spicy east coast Italian. I also had a chance to chat with Mahagony who turned out to be the general manager, she was speedy, attentive, and ensured my order was made exactly to my desire! Thank you Jimmy John’s.

Placed an order for pickup in the drive-thru, and after 30 minutes, it still was not showing as ready. So I went through the drive-thru, where I sat for an additional half-hour just waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The food was good and accurate, and I understand lunch time being busy. But having to wait an hour for a sandwich is ridiculous, especially when no one said so much as a “be right with you” or a “sorry, we’re running behind”.

Cashier could really speak up. And we ordered more than one sandwich and they just hand the sandwhiches over. No tray, no bag. So I reached over the counter to get a bag and placed all of them in a bag with napkins. But they got the good ice! I liked the silly thing to read on the floor in the bathroom. It was comical.

Freaky Slow! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Both times I’ve used this Jimmy Johns for delivery, they’ve taken over in hour to deliver my food. They are 7 minutes away. After calling once to ask the status of the order after twenty minutes of saying out for delivery, they said it should be there soon as it left the store. Twenty minutes later I called back and was put on hold for 5 minutes and Manager said they were right in front of the apartment, which was not the case. Ultimately got the food but will never use this store again.

Ordered in the drive thru line and someone else ordered behind me. They waited for a while, then went inside and came out with their order. I waited about 20 minutes without anyone taking notice of me. I had to knock on the window to get their attention just to find out my order still wasn’t ready. I just drove away without my order or paying.

Placed an online order for three subs at 5:35 pm. It is now 7:48 pm and still no delivery. Called the store 30 minutes ago and was told the driver just left. I live less than 5 minutes away. After all this time, not really looking forward to the subs as I’m sure they will be soggy and disgusting. Even considered gas prices when I included my tip. I wonder if the manager will still close on time to go home, without all orders delivered. No more service from me!

Placed an online, curbside ordered at 1:59 pm (for pick-up ASAP); did not receive my order until 2:37 pm; with no regards of my time. The “I’m here” function is a waste of time, because I waited 10 minutes after arriving at 2:15 pm, for someone to come out, no one did. They did not start working on my food until I decided to go into the store to see what was going on at 2:25 pm, and it was still 5-7 minutes later when they started. I still had to pack my own side orders and my drink, even though I had an online order. There was no regards for my time at all. I could have went through the drive-thru and had speedier results. I actually placed the order online because I had somewhere to be, so I was hoping to grab and go; unfortunately this caused me to be behind schedule. I don’t know if there is a disconnect with the online service and the store, but something needs to be addressed.
