Came in to order a late lunch on my break, came in as the only person waiting, the lady taking my order didn’t even acknowledge me, waited for about 6 minutes while she completed an online order I assume, I placed my order and asked if I could have it with only ham, not the salami and some other meat it came with. Rolled her eyes and Ridley said “so you want the number 1” I told her sorry, and mentioned I only want my sub with the ham meat but all the other toppings are okay, she then paused and somehow got frustrated that I even mentioned my request and at that point I told her nevermind and walked right out the door, she was unprofessional, unhappy and looked absolutely miserable, terrible customer service, this should obviously be addressed by management.

I order from the Westview location on a regular basis, usually for delivery. Delivered on time, all good….until I starting eating the sandwich and realized there was no meat or cheese–just lettuce, tomato and peppers! Made a call to the store and they had a replacement roast beef sandwich over to me in about 15 minutes, no questions asked. Stuff happens….but that was a pretty nice response.

Delicious sandwich. Service wasn’t great but thankfully they still made a good sandwich! More expensive than Subway but worth every cent in comparison. Better bread, far superior quality sandwich meats and enough meat on the sandwich to actually see it!

I have always been a Jimmy John’s fan but I will not return to this location. The first time I went there, they were nearing close could not have been more annoyed that I came through the door. They said “we’re getting ready to close.” Ok, can you just make one more sandwich since it’s not yet closing time? I get it, I was tired too, I had been house hunting and traveling for several weeks and I just wanted a sandwich.

The worst service! I just ordered a sandwich. There one person the the store! The lady that took my order has an attitude for some reason. She did not acknowledge me. She was sitting in the counter (texting or something on her phone) when I entered the location. She walked the the register, never even looked at me. I waited and she kept silent. I finally said I’m, I’ll have a sub…. She made my sandwich and placed it on the counter on the other side from where I was standing (by the register) and didn’t say anything to me about it. When I looked at her to find out where my order was, she pointed to it, walked away and picked up her phone and continue texting or whatever she was doing. The worst!

This location is anything but “freaky fast”. I have routinely had to wait over 30 minutes for a sandwich recently and the staff is rarely apologetic or even friendly. And to top it off, something is wrong with one of my sandwiches almost every visit, incorrect toppings are a common occurrence. Used to be my favorite go-to lunch spot, but I just can’t afford the time it takes to pick up food here.
