My office order a large order from this place. I ordered veggie sub. It was terrible. No avocado spread and hardly any lettuce. I combined everything on to one half of bread. So really I had a half of a sandwich. Just terrible. Other coworkers were disappointed as well. Next I’ll tell my office not to order here.

I submitted my order for Jimmy Johns and it was confirmed at 11:38 this morning. Usually delivery is very prompt because the restaurant is close. 12:30 my food didnt show up. I called and was told that my food should be there really soon and if it didn’t show up to call back and they will refund. 12:45 came-NO FOOD. Called and cancelled my order. I do order for work and thankfully I was not ordering for everyone in the office this time. It will be a long time before I order again. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered online directly through jj and they confirmed my order and said it was out for delivery at 1pm, just a couple minutes after placing the order. 1:30pm rolls around and I didn’t see any updates on the tracker so I decided to call the store. I called 3 times and there was no answer. By 145pm I had to go get something else for lunch because at that point I didn’t have any other option. My order randomly showed up around 2:20pm. At that point the sandwich was not salvageable. I just don’t understand. Don’t accept online delivery orders if you can’t fulfill them. At the least answer the phone, communicate with the customer. Never again!

Went there during my lunch break yesterday with a couple of coworkers. I ordered a #7 Spicy Italian. I got back to work and somehow there was NO MEAT OR CHEESE on my sub. I couldn’t leave work again to go back, so I literally ate this bread+tomato+lettuce+oil/vinegar+oregano sandwich. How do you forget to put the meat and cheese on a sub? It’s what makes the Spicy Italian a Spicy Italian. They also put onions and no dijon mustard on my coworker’s sub right after he asked for no onions, add dijon mustard. My third coworker asked for a combo and the cashier didn’t ring her up for a combo, accusing her of not asking for it. We all heard her ask for it, including one of the other employees behind the counter. I used to work at a Jimmy John’s years ago. It’s not that hard. This location is pretty terrible and none of us will be going back.

Wife and I love JJ’s. This evening ordered our usual (first time in this area) and my wife’s sandwich had a hair on it. We called and they delivered a new sandwhich “Freak Fast”. I’m someone who doesn’t want to seem like a pain in the butt, and they nailed it out of the park!

If there was a way to write two reviews I would. I typically love this shop, I order from here pretty regularly and get it delivered to my work. They usually are pretty quick and bring it into the store where I work. The last time I ordered from here I got my usual meal and waited for the delivery guy to walk in and hand me my food. Instead the driver calls me at work while I am with I client yelling at me to come to the parking lot to get my food. It was rude but whatever, I break away from the client to go grab my food. When I get to the front of the store no one has seen a delivery driver in the lot, I step out side and no one is there, I call the number he called from and no response. My next step was to call the store and talk to a manager, while I’m on the phone with the manager he calls my voicemail and leaves a message where he tells at me for not getting my food from the lot and if I want it I’ll have to drive to the store to get it. The manager I spoke to was great, very helpful, she even delivered the food to me and brought it inside.
