First time here. Have had their subs before but never went into a shop. I got a turkey, provolone, tom, lettuce, avocado and mayo sub. It was pretty good. Service was fast. Will most likely go back.

I went in and placed and order to go. I got a Turkey Tom combo meal and asked for everything meaning all the toppings with no Mayo. Later when I opened my sandwich I was sorely disappointed. It did not have all the toppings very little meat and no pickle spear. Jimmy Johns has always been my favorite but not this location. It was a very lame experience.

We love Jimmie John’s. I don’t think I would consider it a life hack. But, you can feed your family by ordering a full 16” sub and ask them to cut it into 4 pieces, add a couple bags of chips, drinks, and a cookie. It’s our favorite “fast food” lunch on trips.

This was my first time and last time going. If I wanted just bread I could have gone to Kroger for sub rolls. I ordered a ham and cheese with onion, lettuce and mayo. Three thin slices of ham and one slice of cheese divided. When you pay 11 bucks for food you at least expect to see a better sandwich. Lesson learned!

I work at the Tax Ladies (I go by Kay), and my boss Treat has been ordering from this Jimmy John’s for years. I mean that quite literally haha. My boss eats there so much that I had an awesome and hilarious conversation with a wonderful person by the name of Sam that answered when I placed the order for delivery. They knew her order more than I did (down to the switch of root beer to ‘healthier tea’). It was lovely and refreshing to be able to experience such a platonic conversation in this busy world- if only for a few minutes. Sam if you’re reading this, THANK YOU, you have amazing customer service and it will be a pleasure for sure to speak to you again! (Also, speedy delivery, very polite delivery driver. Easy 5 stars)

Went in and ordered a ham and cheese sandwich with just Mayo and a drink. When I opened the wrapper all I saw was the bread. I lifted the bun and there was two pieces of cheese and about three pieces of thin cut ham. I was busy at the time trying to find some information on my phone and it didn’t dawn on me after I left that my sub looked nothing like the ones in the pictures on the menus. The bread was good that’s about all I can say for it. A sub from Wawa would put this one to shame.

Waited over an hour for a delivery that was one block away (I know everyone is short-handed these days so that may be largely beyond their control), and then the sandwich was not what I had ordered. I called and they refunded my cost, but this is not the first time my order has been wrong after waiting for an unreasonable amount of time for practically next-door delivery. Freaky fast, no. Freaky slow and inaccurate, yes.

This place is pretty awesome. My very first visit to Jimmy John’s and I fully intend on visiting again in the near future, probably repeatedly. They’re very helpful in assisting me on ordering, and I had my sandwich order and my drink in less than a minute after ordering! Very very friendly, very professional, absolutely delicious sub. I am slightly disappointed that I ate the entire sub already and now want more and they’re about to close and I won’t make it in time but now I’m looking forward to having it for lunch Friday!
