Super slow not freaky fast. The last two times I have ordered from this location, It took 40 minutes to get a delivery to a location 2 miles away. The food is still great but I will order from somewhere else because of the slow service.

This is the best jimmy johns ever. They are all so kind and accommodating. AND THEY MAKE THE BEST SANDWICHES. Justin is always so helpful. Today I ordered on the app and accidentally got the sandwich sent to my house and not my work. I was soooo upset and hungry and Justin was on it, he made sure I had the sandwich sent to my work within 15 minutes of me calling. The employees truly care and it’s so nice to have that and be treated so kindly in the middle of a stressful work day. So glad this is the jimmy johns closest to me. 10/10.

I went in store, the angled sign is hard to read ? Then when I picked what I wanted the guy messes up my order . So I just left, got groceries at food lion. Saved myself $ Jimmy John’s is expensive $$ and a hassle. Go-to subway, zeros, or sub shop at London Bridge you’ll get much better service, better prices, better food and less hassle.

My order was placed today at 12pm with an estimated arrival of 12:40-1:00. At 1:30 pm I called merchant and staff informed me that delivery driver called out and that they were short staffed & RAN OUT OF BREAD! How a sandwich place runs out of bread as a business is mind blowing. They asked for more time. Kindly I informed them that I was willing to work with them. The representative then asked that I give them 30 min to an hour. I agreed. At 3pm I called back and another female representative explained that my order was out. At 3:40 pm the app says my order was delivered but it was not! I’ve never had a more terrible experience with postmates or Jimmy John’s. Their motto is “Freaky fast ” I am without a vehicle and expect the service that is being offered on the site. This service was a slap in the face. Especially considering that I am a loyal postmates customer. I always Tip decent & support this business! This issue needs to be resolved.

Not impressed, plain bread that was a little stiff (being the French bread) MD only 2 other options for bread, Flat regular bread for sandwiches and a lettuce wrap. I couldn’t even see the price on the receipt for what I bought and overall was a bit pricey for what I paid for. I’d rather continue to eat at firehouse sub. Not a repeat choice for me. In addition it looks like they use microwave bacon for the subs, and even that was overpriced as well, it’s the small things guys, come on.

I never do reviews so here goes- “freaky fast” would be the last words used to describe this Jimmy John’s. Polite would come right after that…..all the other reviews are correct! We have been waiting over an hour for three sandwiches. When I called I was told they were busy and the driver has 7 deliveries before before us. I just ordered a pizza from Domino’s and taking odds on which one comes first.

After using this Jimmy John’s multiple times, I will now never use this location again. They can only seem to get an order correct 1 out of 10 times. Once they didn’t have any delivery drivers (understandable given the times) so we had to pick it up (no big deal). But, when we checked the receipt they had still charged us a delivery fee. When we called them to have it corrected, the person who “helped” us was rude and acted as though she didn’t want to refund the fee. Today, they said they were out of unwiches. My wife has celiac disease and cannot eat a normal bun. I don’t understand how they are out of unwiches since the bun is just replaced with lettuce (a very common ingredient on their sandwiches). When my wife questioned this, the person “helping” her was extremely rude again (turns out to be the manager). I will not be giving this store or any other Jimmy Johns my business from now on. I’m not paying the prices they charge for a cold sandwich and rude customer service anymore.

I have ordered from the North Great Neck location on 2 occasions and both times I waited over and 1hr to get me food. The first time I was very understanding and even the staff is very pleasant and gave me my sandwich for free, however they need to not offer delivery or something during the busiest time fo the day because waiting pass my lunch time to finally get my lunch an hour or more after I order is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. My review is on delivery alone and nothing else. The staff at the location are great. My issues is I rather go pick up my food then wait for the delivery because the wait time is ridiculous.
