They have redeemed themselves. Honestly I waited to make this review. I had very poor service the few times I first started coming but I decided to order one for delivery. NOT ONCE HAVE THEY MESSED ANYTHING UP. I absolutely love Jimmyjohns and I’m so happy I can enjoy their sandwiches again. This location is not only prompt and kind. It’s clean and delicious. Unfortunately I have to take back my 5 star review from literally 4 months ago. Due to my experience today, I will never order from this location again. I get that several places are understaffed, but this customer service was terrible. I placed an online order for delivery. After 45 minutes, my app said that my order was delivered but I had no sandwich. I called the store to get an update and my driver says “he couldn’t reach me when he called” That’s not at all true. Never received a call from anyone. So the driver lied about the order and then updated the app to show “delivered.” After an hour, I called back to cancel the order and make other lunch plans. After an hour and 30 minutes, the driver called stating he was outside with the order. Too late! Who wants a lukewarm sandwich. I received my refund but I’m highly disappointed with the service from JJ today. Never again…

This order was a curbside order that was prepaid. 30 minutes after checking in our order was brought out & the entire order was WRONG. The reciept on the bag confirmed it was the correct order, but both sandwiches were missing the ingredients actually requested and had ingredients that weren’t requested on the order. So on top of having to wait 30 minutes for my order it wasn’t even right. Extremely dissatisfied in every aspect of this experience.

Delicious.I got the ham and cheese sub. It was delicious. Grandson got an Italian with 4 types of meat. I plan to get that one next time it looked so good. Friendly staff. Not too busy when we arrived but got busy soon after but staff moved it along very well.

I’m a truck driver and I ordered a delivery at Costco. How about Costco called me and said hey is this Shan and I’m like yeah. The workers at Costco said they had my food!!! like whenever I get deliverers the driver calls me! How you just gone leave my food with anyone!!! That’s not right you don’t do that! I’m highly upset!
