On my way to subway I thought Jimmy Johns is closer, I’m short on time. I asked him to type my number in, I have a $3.99 sub waiting. Then I found out I also had a free sub too if I order from the app. The young man was helping me and then the tech guy comes, takes off his gloves and asked several times for my phone. NO I don’t want you touching my phone!!!! but he insist. I had done all the steps with the young guy and even learned how to use the app. Being there 15 minutes, the tech guy says your $3.99 sub has expired. Your free sub just expired. Do you want the sub, you have to pay. They wasted 15 minutes of my time, I had no time to go elsewhere. He could have offered me a one time courtesy, being that I had both offers and wasn’t aware they have short deadlines. The sub was made. I was there so long. You’ve lost my business!
