Quality Jimmy John’s. Even at lunch, relatively quick. Other times, truly freak fast experience. Good staff, reasonably presentable, consistent crew.

I would give zero star if I could! Literally just left and one sub was suppose to have no Mayo, they all have mayo. The cheese was not added to two of them. The hot peppers were not added to the one. Absolutely terrible

This place is a ripoff. My company orders catering frequently (not my call) and they put one slice of meat on a sandwich. I don’t understand why anyone would by a sub from here. They cut corners to maximize profits and it’s clear in their product. I would never use my own money to buy a sub from here. You’re basically paying for an expensive piece of bread. Not to mention this is why everyone is fat, so they don’t really care about your health neither. If I know we are ordering, I bring my own meat from home and add it to the sandwich. That’s pretty pathetic!

Hey guys, I love eating JJ’s at the Cary store. I work down the street at AAA and the Maynard location is convenient. I always do an online order since I am working. Gotta give a failing grade today.. I ordered the #12, on wheat as a sandwich, no Tom, extra onions… my courier at our store picked up, got back… “sad face”, it was a sub on white bread, dry as hell, tomatoes, no onions.. ugh.. I doctored it up, so I could choke it down and not waste it. Again, I am not that guy to complain, but after having the correct sandwich on wheat sandwich last week, #12, it was incredible! I had to send this bomb in. 3stars for the failure in the online order… sorry guys. Any way you comp for this incident? Your JJ’s loving customer…

My sandwich, when it finally arrived, was delicious, thanks. HOWEVER, freaky fast took 75 MINUTES. I don’t know what freak they are referring to, but it definitely is not this location.

I had never eaten at Jimmy John’s and it was freakin’ broiling outside so I went for a cold lunch. I asked for a wrap of something that only came on a sub, but the manager agreed to make it my way, which was very considerate and helpful, because I try to limit my bread intake. I give this place an extra star for going the extra effort to appease this grouchy old man.

Super rude employee at the register that only complained the second we walked in. Made us feel unwelcome and was irritated when I forgot tell him I wanted a few of my toppings. I understand it’s tough to find staff right but we spent $26 on 2 subs and don’t deserve to be treated like that. We were in there at 8:15pm and they closed at 9pm.

I’m done with this place. Getting delivery is useless. Everytime I get the same excuse about an issue with drivers. Ok I get it, there’s a shortage of labor. So I place an order an hour and half before I need it and 2 hours later it’s still not out for delivery. If I say deliver at X time and give you over an hour to make a sandwich and deliver it 2 miles away it’s not acceptable to hear about your driver shortage. You used to deliver in 10-15 minutes.

Clean, refreshing, bright, happy place. Nice outdoor seating. I came in and ordered a sandwich. It was prepared and waiting for me at about the time I had paid for it. I call the fast service. And it was a great tasting sandwich. Friendly staff

Food was fine, wait was short but not sure why the JJ’s staff let a guest sit in the dining room with their dog. I’m even more confused why one of the employees went over and pet the dog, then returned to the kitchen and started bagging sandwiches, without washing his hands.
