Placed order in the app and had my husband pick it up 20 minutes later. When he walked in the employees were sitting at the tables on there phones and said they hadn’t started making it yet although the app said the order was in process. When we checked the order it was incorrect and was missing the kickin ranch and a pickle. Details of the order like the sandwich being cut in half, bread being taken out, etc were not done. Staff was rude and very unprofessional.

I’m on dialysis so getting my food right is life and death currently. My sandwich was made incorrectly the first time, I asked for it to be remade, and they did it incorrectly again. Plent of eye rolls and ugly words between the teens working there, who were also just sitting at one of the tables on their phones the whole time I was there. This place needs a competent staff and manager who don’t put their customers’ health at risk. Will not be returning.

This is the worst place ever. I picked up my mobile order and proceeded to go home. By the time I got home and opened my sandwich it was wrong. I proceeded to call the store to get my order corrected when the girl that answered told me to “hold on” and HUNG UP on me. I called back numerous times and to no avail no one picked up the phone. I will not be back !!!

The young girl at the counter entered my order wrong. I spoke in clear English. The kitchen made exactly what she keyed in. The corrected sandwich was good. This place seems to have low standards in who they hire. There are better sandwich shops.

Like all fast restaurants. The food has gotten more expensive and customer service is no where to be found. They just go through the motions. No greeting when you come in and no thank you after. I asked do you offer a veteran’s discount. The look on the women’s face and the quick no we don’t says it all. No respect for customers and especially if you are a veteran. They have guide on the wall for customers when eating there. They need to teach and offer a guide to their employees. Go elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous! No one greeted us when we came in they didn’t even ask if we’ve ever been there before (which yes we’ve never been to one) but didn’t help with recommendations nothing! When we walked in the door, there was no pleasant greeting. The order taker didn’t know exactly what one item on the sandwich was. The person starting the sandwich didn’t act like they felt being there. The sandwich was very dry, we asked for no vinegar but wanted oil. The other sandwich makers did not ever look up. They just weren’t the three that needed to been there today! First time I’ve been there and was disappointed. The atmosphere was not inviting at all!!!
