Wife and kids went in to get dinner for our family at 630. They close at 7pm so still 30 minutes of being open. Staff was rude. Clearly wanted to not be there. Food was made poorly. Beef and cheese sub had no cheese and was literally only beef on sub roll and no other toppings. Second sub was no tomatoes and put tomatoes on it. Find new employees.

I’ve eaten here dozens of times over the last several years and had good sandwiches. Unfortunately, a couple weeks ago I got a sub that had what looks like used chewing tobacco in it. There’s an employee who looks like he had a chew in during two different visits, and he is the employee who made my sandwich that day. I’m speculating, but I don’t know what else it could have been. Either way, I won’t be going back anymore.

We ordered catering for our office party. Order was ready as expected, chips and condiments and napkins included. Missed the pickle though. Not a huge deal. Sandwiches were a little lite with meats and usually you get stuffed subs for individual sandwiches. Again not a huge deal.

I love Jimmy John’s and this location has all the necessary ingredients, however, they do lack when it comes to customer service, speed, and accuracy. Still you can’t be the convenience for fresh sandwiches, salads, chips, bowls, and more. They also have great cookies. My favorites are any of the Italian subs. They do not have ♿ handicap accessible ️ parking close enough to utilize. Limited outdoor seating.

Love the turkey subs, though I never seem to get exactly what I ask for. The front register team members are typically friendly. There is one person who is on the line making subs who literally want respond as people tell him thank you which comes across as mean spirited, intentionally!

I ordered 2 sandwiches, a bag of chips and bottle of water from the Fayetteville st. Location in Raleigh, NC at 11:30am. It was nowhere near freaky fast (I work on the next street over), it took 1.5hrs to get my order. No one answered when I called 5 times. After an hr, I called another location, asked for a manager and was told someone would reach out from the store I ordered from. Never happened. 30mins later, someone walks across the street with my order. Minus the chips .

How many ways can a sandwich shop screw up the only thing they do? Jimmy Johns is hard at work trying to find out. This was absolutely the worst sandwich I bit into. Fortunately, I did not do it twice nor will I return to this location. This is supposed to be the Veggie unwich. Of course they seemed to have forgotten the veggies and avocado spread. It is apparent however they felt that lathering a 1/2 jar of dukes mayo on top of the 2-1/2 slices of cucumber would make up for it.
