Once a brand goes against their own tagline, they’ve lost the plot. Over an hour (TWICE) for a sandwich to be delivered a mile. How is that “freaky fast?” The owner should get in their car and deliver themselves or they won’t last, because they just lost a loyal customer and I know others will do the same. $20 and an old, soggy sandwich. Good work, guys!

Customer service is terrible. Ordered delivery on 6/27 it took them over an hour to deliver 2 subs. Store owner called and apologized the next evening. Go to the store today to order and staff was rude except David who took my order. I will not return to this location again

You know, I actually like the food here and the staff are always friendly and courteous. Problem is, cannot get my order right. Each time I order the #12 minus the cheese/mayo, I have to physically watch the sandwich being made and frequently intervene during the process to ensure my order is correct. Today, I failed to do this and predictably arrived back at my office with an incorrect order. Checked the ticket that accompanies the sandwich down the line and it clearly states “NO cheese” and “NO mayo”. I know mistakes happen, part of life. But this is just too consistent and I just cannot understand it. I take the time to come to their place of business, place an order and pay money for that order. It seems they could take the time to ensure the order is correct. Not just because it’s the freaking job but also as an expression of appreciation that I’ve chosen to spend my money at their establishment instead of elsewhere. I guess when enough people go elsewhere, they’ll figure it out. Not holding my breath though.

This is my absolute favorite place to ever eat! Unfortunately I live a hour away from every single one… Still worth the 2 hour round trip drive literally twice a week! No matter what location I go to I know it’s going to taste the exact same as other locations keep up the amazing work jimmy John’s! But maybe we can make a day of long haul deliveries

This is probably about the third time they’ve done this to me but when I order online I don’t know if they just don’t like that I customize it or what but they make and an edible instant my sandwich doesn’t come with peppers I ask for easy Peppers extra onions and extra lettuce the onions for the normal amount same with lettuce but I have a mountain of peppers literally a mountain of peppers they stacked up when I took them all out into a small hill last time they put so much lettuce on it you couldn’t even close it and smothered it with oil and vinegar with the nephew’s thing I have ever had and this picture that is from half of a sandwich

Major staffing/quality control/management issues going on at this location. Ordered delivery for two sandwiches at 3pm on a Sunday – far from peak hours. Long story short, waited 1.5 hours for poorly made food with no help or update from anyone working there. Driver did apologize for the delay, but that’s about it.

I recently placed an online catering order, only to find out upon arrival to the store for pickup that I accidentally placed it on the wrong day! The Jimmy John’s staff, especially the Store Manager David, were incredibly accommodating, and were able to make 120 mini sandwiches to feed 60 people within 45 minutes!!!! They absolutely saved my day from my own careless mistake. I was so impressed, and will absolutely be utilizing this store for future catering needs. I would recommend the 9th St Jimmy John’s to anyone looking for a fantastic caterer who goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
