We frequently go to this location as we visiti he market. The last 2 visits have not been pleasant. Paid and asked for double meat only yo get less than average. Also, the staff turned their back to make the sandwich out of sight. Not cool when the counter is clearly towards the dining area. We would just like our normal service to return to enjoy the sandwiches we love.

I guess Jimmy Johns is no longer freaky fast. Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Couldn’t leave because I was between 2 cars and stuck. Finally got to the window and paid then waited another 5 minutes for my sandwich. Should have been ready before I got to the window, as long as I waited already.

They always get my order wrong. Also, another thing I’ve noticed about JJ is the bread is hard as a rock. Go to Jersey Mikes. They might not get your order right but the subs are better.

Made my sub completely wrong, obviously didn’t listen and wasn’t friendly. Ordered a sub with turkey, bacon and honey mustard. Guy just gave us a “club lulu”. To charge that much for each sub, please learn to listen to your customers when they order.
