I have ordered several times from this store for delivery to my place of work. I typically order the slim 3 with provolone cheese and make that specific request for cheese when placing my order. It’s a 50/50 shot if they actually get it right and put the cheese in the slim 3. On top of that they sure don’t forget to charge you for it. How hard is it to put cheese on a sandwich?? The next time I have a craving for a Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ll will be calling a different location. These people at the Concord store just can’t get it right!!

This place has gone downhill, used to be good. Asked for no onions on a number 9, they put onions on it. If you ask for anything customized, make sure to check before you get home. Like I said, this place used to be good but just seemingly has gone down over time. I’d recommend Jersey Mike’s or Firehouse Subs at Concord Mills until this place gets better again.

Overall, this location is ok, but my orders are constantly wrong or missing components. I shouldn’t have to tear open every item to make sure I have the right stuff. Today, I got home to realize I didn’t have one of my 3 sandwiches, knowing the history of this place, I should have inspected, instead of trusting, but alas, they got a free $10 out of me. The last time I had one of those subs was 14 years ago, and as I watched the girl with colored hair, didn’t say hello, or welcome, I saw her put only 2 thin pieces of roast beef with 4 thin slices of tomatoes, the mayo was a funny color, I have worked in retail management in the past, $9 dollars for Nothing, I am very Sorry I Betrayed Subway inside Walmart

This JJ store is the slowest franchise for JJ that I have ever encountered. Constantly mismanaged on how they assign orders to be prepared. I placed the order on their mobile app. Come to store and tell the attendant that I have mobile order and still wait another 15 minutes before my 2 sandwiches are ready. I mean I placed the order 10 minutes before I stopped at the store, so a total of 25 min wait from the time I placed the order to when it was completed. Simply unacceptable for a supposedly freaky fast sandwich place that they claim.

There have been times with delivery problems. Sometimes no issue and service is as expected. Just depends on who’s staffing the shift. Refunds can also be a dicey process, when they are necessary, but jimmyjohns guest relations department will do their due diligence and investigate.
