You need to improve training. We ordered a full sub with mustard on HALF. This is possible at Subway, Jersey Mike’s and all sun shops including other Jimmy John’s locations. The employee made the sub and put mustard on the whole thing. When asked for it to be fixed we were told we had to buy another sub. Huge fail in customer service. 4 different employees said it couldn’t be fixed. It was thrown out.

I like JJ but at this location, they only put 2 slices of turkey on a regular sub. They’re VERY skimpy with ingredients. Like others have said, you can go to jersey mikes or firehouse where they pack the ingredients in for the same price. Do better JJ!!

This is a 12 dollar sandwich…. I’ll stick with jersey mikes. At least there they don’t skimp on lettuce and cheese comes on the sand which without a up charge…. You used to be a lot better Jimmy Johns… you can do better as well.

They get my order wrong Every. Single. Time. And I do not have a complicated order. I get a Beach Club with no tomatoes. Simple. One time they forgot to put meat on my sandwich which is just mind blowing to me. Other times they forget the avocado spread that It comes with. They’ve forgotten cheese before…the list goes on. I work right in between this location and the one on W. Catawba and unfortunately this is the one that will deliver to me. I’m done ordering from here. Never again.

They don’t except $100 bills even if you order $90 worth of food and it’s not posted anywhere. Also the passive aggressive manager stated they don’t accept them cause people bring them fakes in this area “not to say that mines was” in his words so I drove off in my 70k Jeep! The best deli you can find they usually finish my sandwich before i can even get my drink i love it, even delivery is fast, Sean is my favorite driver. the staff is always friendly and they are hilarious. the atmosphere in the store is like none other you can tell that the the staff works as a team. The location is awesome and they have a drive through, now that’s freaky fast. the only downfall is that they don’t make hot sandwiches which sucks but the cold sandwiches are fresh and made with a lot of care and attention to detail.
