Terrible. My son ordered a regular sub with Turkey and Cheese, Oregano, Salt and Pepper. We left, they forgot the oregano and offered salt and pepper packets- okay, whatever. But the amount of meat couldn’t feed a 4 year old. You spend $8 for a sub and this is what it looks like? Never going back.

Over charged: Manager didn’t ask my wife what size sub she wanted and charged her for a small sub. Seeing the size they were making, she said she wanted the giant which he promptly charged her for another small which is more than the giant and didn’t give her a receipt. I went in and asked for the receipt and told him he overcharged and he said it was right. He stood firm that he was right, so I will never go back to that store if that is their customer service. We got ripped off $2, but it is the principle of the matter and the bad customer service. I had to give one star in order to post

Terrible experience! We ordered 2 subs- both of them were not what we ordered. They didn’t add any of the add ons we asked for and gave us the wrong bread. My sub was the wrong size. The bread was also hard as a rock! Ordered a pickle, didn’t get it but was charged for it! Service at checkout was awful as well.

When I moved to Matthews a few years ago this place was fast. Now not so much. About a week ago I went there lunchtime and with one person making sandwiches it took almost 10 minutes. I’ve also stopped using this place at the weekend, as it’s impossible to park close by and parking at Costco defeats the idea of fast service. To be complete and fair, the sandwiches are still great.
