I ordered and waited 15 minutes at my house before going since the app never updates that your sandwich is ready. I did get the confirmation that my order was received by the store. When I got there I was told that they didn’t have an order and after two people said that, both asked if I ordered at Jersey Mikes. I think I know where I ordered — again… I GOT A CONFIRMATION FROM JIMMY JOHNS and showed it to both of you! Neither of them asked for a confirmation number since it just was not there, but one offered to make my sandwich. Note: they took my money in the app. Lo and behold my order must have mysteriously appeared because they then popped up with a sandwich with my name on it.

I waited two hrs on a $3 delivery order. When I finally called they told me they haven’t had any drivers for the last several days. They voided my order but never called me. They still took the money out of my account and now it literally going to take a week to get my $3. IM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND.

This was my first time ordering from Jimmy John’s and I’ve never had this issue before. I ordered a delivery order last night on door dash and was informed that jimmy John’s delivers their own orders. I’ve never had an order literally count all the way down to 1 minute still listing as being prepared. I called and received a dry half greeting and checked on the status of my order. I was told my order was voided because they called twice and then voided it. I informed them that I had been sitting by both my house and mobile phone waiting for someone to call and no one ever contacted me and as of that moment my order was still listed as being prepared, not cancelled. He then told me well I don’t know what to tell you, we voided the order and you should get your money back shortly, plus we’re short staffed. I’m like so really y’all didn’t call but voided the order because you were short staffed. After that I disconnected without further discussing anything. Then I waited for about 30 mins to an hr before finally receiving an email stating they cancelled the order, with a note saying I wouldn’t get my money back until 5-7 business days. Very poor service. If you weren’t planning to take anymore delivery orders LITERALLY HOURS before your closing time, then you should’ve updated that online so that no one could have access to submit an order. Luckily I received a nice representative from door dash who managed to issue my money back immediately rather than waiting, when usually you’ll have to wait if a merchant cancels and not a driver.

Tried to eat at this location 7/8/23 .I arrived at 8:45 and the doors were locked, although all signage said they were open until 9. Employees would not let us in because they had started cleaning and didn’t want to work more.

The place is still just drive-through only at present. The service and food are pretty good . I had a hunter’s club sandwich. The ingredients were fresh. The bread was very good as well. I’d definitely go back as as a repeat customer.⁶

Went for lunch and no one greeted us nor did they recognize us. We asked if they were ready and he responded very slow with what do u want. We ordered and he was still extremely slow, maybe he was learning but I’m not sure. The others looked as if it was a dread to be there and didn’t want to work. The bread was so difficult to eat, a little over cooked on top, so we asked for a plastic knife and fork. We were told they don’t have any. My husband tried to just eat the meat with his hands and he just gave up. I don’t think I’d ever come back here again. Not feeling wanted in a business is a disgrace and if I were to do that at my business I wouldn’t have any return customers. Good luck with your employees because they need a retraining on customer service and respect.
