Went here last Saturday ordered online to pick up. I waited about 45 min for going to pick it up. There was only I employee working and I asked how long it was going to be before someone came in she said 3 it was 12:00. That’s messed up. But she handled herself well. Did not freak out and got everyone their orders. She did an amazing job.

Went in today and there was only one worker working. I can’t blame her for anything because Atleast she showed up right? (In her pj’s) my sandwich was horrible and missing meat, had to wait while she did everything! The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned the day before. It was horrible! This store has gone down hill fast! Last time I came in the guy acted like I needed to leave because he didn’t want to take my order. The other girls were on their phones. Sadly I won’t be going back to spend $20 on a nasty sandwich.

Where’s Jimmy John’s I ever been to, ordered on App never requested mayo and requested sandwich. Cut in half went to pick up order, took a bite, and whatever reason they added mayo which my order did not contain mayo the Vito, also they drenched it in all vinegar, which the bread was completely soggy and as well as requested for it to be cut in half which was not cut in half sandwich was a sloppiest sandwich. I have a receipt from Jimmy John’s. I recommend not going to this Jimmy John’s, as the employees did not seem to care about their job and fix sandwich to their liking.

First time eating here and I am unsure why this place has so many bad reviews. The sandwich I got was great and honestly the biggest sub I have seen. It was full of meat and vegetables and $13 was a steal. You can not put yourself on a budget when eating out. 10/10 recommend and I will return. The customer service was excellent as well.

Customer service here is terrible and very ghetto. I stop going to this location because of the customer service Specifically!! They don’t speak to you, they look at you like you’re getting on their nerves for spending your hard earned money on food, and the least they could do is have a simple professional customer service, and they can’t even do that. I don’t know who hires these people, but they need to restaff. The girl with blue hair has THE worst customer service and needs to be fired!
