Food is delicious but the workers have a bad attitude and give off bad vibes. Lady did not read ticket number correctly and then proceeded got an attitude with me when I didn’t understand. She read the number of the sandwich on menu – not ticket number. I’m not a common customer to Jimmy Johns so I don’t know sandwich number off top of my head. Y’all need some grace in your attitude please.

Walked in and there was nobody in the front of the shop. I could hear a video playing in the back room so after a few minutes of waiting I shouted “Hello?” after the third time asking if anyone was there, I called the shop. Stood there and watched the phone ring, nobody came out. At this point I almost walked back there to see if someone was passed out on the floor. After the fourth shout, a girl finally came out and just asked what i wanted to order.

Went to Charlotte to take a visit. Stopped at Jimmy John to get some food. We ordered our food getting ready to pay. The workers tell us they don’t accept $50, only credit or debit. They didn’t even have a note on the door before entering saying anything about they don’t accept $50. We only had cash! No debit or credit cards! We just went somewhere else to eat.
