Placed an order for curbside and it was never brought out. I waited 25 mins after checking in. I go inside and it’s not with to go orders it’s behind the counter. I watched 2 employees leave. 3 customers came and went. It’s bad enough you don’t use other delivery services and have limited range yourself so when people drive over to this horrible parking lot you can at least do your part!! Service always sucks here.

They should close this store if they can’t staff it. I waited an entire hour for one sandwich.I was only .5mi in one of the hotels in SouthPark. It said it was delivered, then when I went down it wasn’t there. I called, and they said they mark sandwiches delivered, when they assign it to the driver. They told me it’d be there in 10 minutes. I waited in lobby for 30 minutes before it arrived.

I visited the Southpark location and I picked up the wrong order then I had brought it back saying my bad. The dude (black old guy ) at the front counter was very rude. He said the names are on the bag and shake his head. He said you should of been paying attention. I told him who are you to tell me that??!!! I said mistakes happen no one is perfect. So canceled my order and went to jersey mikes. I will never ever visit a Jimmy johns ever again. If people don’t like their jobs then get a new one. Jimmy johns please do a better interview process. And if he is the manger y’all need to give more training!!!

We just went to this jimmy johns me my wife and a man waited for almost 15 mins for the employee to come from the back she finally came from hiding after she thought we had left them come out and say she was in the restroom all that time we asked if she could wash her hands and she said she did in the back after standing in front of us with her hands in he shirt it was disgusting

I always pickup my food. I’ve never done delivery. But the pickup option works great. It’s accurate, timely and tastes great. It seems like the delivery option (at most places these days) could be dodgy, so perhaps just go get your own food. And I like earning JJ Rewards Points.

Well I just have to say that as a FIRST time patron of Any JIMMY JOHN’S®️, I can Only Hope the Customer Service Experience I Had, IS NOT THE JIMMY JOHN’S STANDARD!? It was a lil different set up than the ‘average’ sandwich shop, at least that I have experienced and the staff seemed more Annoyed with my ignorance rather than Welcoming & Educating a “New” Customer.

BEWARE! The manager never returned my call so I’m sure he won’t mind me sharing since he didn’t want me to share with him That I got trash that made us sick. Also this location will skimp on giving you what you ordered but will gladly take your money. customer service isn’t a priority or an option. Skip the garbage juice they serve and go to jersey mikes across the street for real food. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya! Oh and they just post to these reviews to look good. Some of the positive reviews are fakes to boost their review. the company or franchisee don’t do anything at all to resolve your issues especially if it made you sick. They actually ignore you. The comment they put for your feedback is all for show. It makes it seem like they care to those reading these reviews. Just FYI
