I ordered the Veto and this sandwich tastes OLDDDD. The bread is so dry and not fresh like the sign on front door says. I could’ve made a better sub at home. I will say the man who took my order was very kind, the person making the subs today was off with orders bc the woman right before me said her order was all wrong. I see a lot of reviews that the orders are not right at this location. Y’all gotta get it right at some point!

For some reason this particular JJ’s consistently screws up take out orders. I’ve been given the wrong sandwich, shorted half a sandwich, shorted sides twice, and was once given a sandwich with stale bread. And if you reach out to them, they don’t even respond at all, let alone put some minimal effort into making it right. I deeply appreciate anyone who works hard to feed me. So I’m not a person that complains much or leaves bad reviews, but this place really earned it.

I placed an order online for delivery. 40 minutes later there is no update to my order so I call. The employee tells me they are “wicked slammed” with orders and only have one delivery driver but my order has been ready and will go out soon. So I ask if I can pick it up. After “consulting with the manger” for several minutes while I’m placed on hold, I’m told it will take longer to get my order if I come into the store since they are so busy. I remind him they told me my order was ready, which leads more “consulting with the manager”. After 10 minutes on the phone I’m finally told they are out of bread and the manager is out buying more bread. Awful service. No appreciation for customers. Totally dishonest. We were on a time frame for a soccer tournament and they totally ruined our timing. Do not trust this store. It’s a sham and they lie to you. We have been to many JJ locations and this is the absolute worst!!
