I’ve ordered thousands of Jimmy John’s sandwiches over the years, and this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a Jimmy John’s. We had just gotten back from vacation so had no food in the house. We decided to get some Jimmy John’s because it’s usually quick and the kids were hungry. I called in an order for delivery…gave the order and confirmed the address they had in the computer from the last time they delivered to me. After 50 minutes, I called to check on the order, and was told that we were not in their delivery range. The guy said he had meant to call me but got busy and forgot. When I pointed out that if they were not going to honor the order they should have called me right away, he had the nerve to say, “What’s the problem…you haven’t paid for it yet.”

It was delicious. Very friendly staff and clean location. Because of covid, we completely forgot the chips we ordered and paid for. When we called them up, they were so sorry and added a credit to our account. It was just so impressive that they owned the mistake and made it right. Will definitely be back

Every single time i order on the app, the money comes out of my account but the restaurant never seems to receive the order …???? It’s SUPER frustrating. Please fix your Mobile app and also, the girl working up front who claims to be the “manager” needs to have a better attitude when answering the phones and better customer service skills. Disappointed.

Quick service, great sandwiches, employee suggested rewards program before paying so I could get a free sandwich. Sandwiches were ready with in 3 minutes of ordering. Nice outside tables to enjoy at.

First and foremost, the two young gentlemen that were there today were AWESOME! They were both very patient, helpful and respectful. The sandwiches were definitely made with love. The sandwiches were also made very quickly and were exactly how we asked for them. The location was also very clean and maintained. I would definitely recommend this location and if those same two guys there I will definitely go back in the future.

I visit this Jimmy Johns almost every week. Christian is the best!! I love the Pepe Unwich and was telling him how much I enjoy it when he suggested the Kickin Ranch sauce that’s made in house with the Jimmy Johns peppers. OMG!!! Game changer, it took my sandwich to another level. I can’t stop talking it! Absolutely love it! Now I have turned friends onto not only the delicious taste of the Unwich with no bread but the sauce that makes it even better!

Ordered 2 sandwiches. Both were #8s. One was suppose to be a 16 in the other just a regular 8 in. Well I paid $15 and ended up with only one sandwich and they had the nerve to tell me if I wanted the other sandwich i ordered I’d have to go repay for it. I’m not paying another $15 for a sandwich that was already paid for. No refund for my sandwich and they were rude about it. I tried to tell my boyfriend the Jimmy John’s had terrible customer service and this location proved my point.

Freaky fast? More like freaky slow. Took almost 40 minutes to get our food. And when the delivery driver got here, he almost drove off with my drink and he forgot to give me the sauce I ordered. This is like the 3rd time it’s been this slow. Oh and let me mention my work is literally 1 minute down the road. Not too sure if I’ll order from here again…

This Jimmy John’s location always makes a sloppy and soggy sandwich. I don’t know how it’s possible to consistently do that but they do. Their pickles are hit or miss. Sometimes crisp and delicious, sometimes soft and dirty tasting. The plus is that their delivery is almost instant and the drivers are always super nice.
