I’ve had multiple experiences when I’ve waited over an hour for a sandwich to be delivered to my address. The food here is great and the customer service over the phone to place an order is great. However the delivery service is terrible. Today, I ordered at 11:15am (shortly after they open), and it is currently 12:31pm and I just had my order delivered. I called at 11:45 and was told the driver was on the way and should be here soon, now it’s over 30 minutes later and the driver just showed up after calling a second time to see what’s going on. My location is about 5 minutes from Jimmy Johns but I am seeing patients and preferred the delivery. I don’t understand how this delivery could take that long when I’m no more than 5 minutes from them. Going forward I will no longer order delivery from this Jimmy Johns location.

Currently in club Jimmy John’s. The employees turned the music up so loud we can’t even talk at our own booth. Asked multiple times to turn it down so we could communicate at our table and was told it would be turned down. Then told it doesn’t need to be turned down it’s acceptable. The bass is literally shaking the building. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered food an hour ago and i live 1 mile away from the restaurant. My food still has not been delivered and I called and asked what’s going on and all I got was “she has your order with her and it’s out for delivery.” I didn’t realized “freaky fast” meant an hour.

Sandwiches are good, but half the time the order is wrong and is arriving 40-80mins after you ordered it. Apparently they have a shortage of drivers, but if you are getting enough orders that your driver is getting me my food 40 mins after I order it, you can afford to increase the wage and attract/keep more drivers. What I’m saying is its not “freaky fast” at all

This location has the worst delivery service. Average time from order to doorstep is 20 minutes every time we order. Today online delivery has shown that it is being delivered for over 30 min. Manager says they had 1 driver and he has 5 orders with him. Then said it should be delivered shortly. Order was placed at 1118, phone call was made at 1213 food was delivered at 1237.
