I’d give a negative amount of stars if I could. They never have delivery drivers or they’re always out of something OR they close early. I’ve had to have my order “refunded” or changed almost every time I’ve ordered.. The two times I’ve had my order “refunded” have I actually received the refund? No .This location is WHACK.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This store is the absolute worst. The manager should be fired. I understand that the whole world is short staffed right now, however I have tried to order from this location twice in the past month. The first time, they were completely out of bread at 1 pm (is this not a sandwich shop?) the second time, they didn’t have a delivery driver. Again, I understand that the whole world is short staffed, however they waited 30 minutes to call and let me know. Lastly, both times, I ordered via DoorDash and they claimed that my order was delivered rather than canceling it, this caused me to have to fill out a complaint with DoorDash. I do not typically complain about anything, especially on public sites, but this is ridiculous. Aside from all of that, when I have ordered and gotten food here, it’s slow, like we’re talking at least 2 hours. Do not wonder from here unless you’re prepared to be disappointed.

I wish i can give this store 0 star. I keep giving this store chance and hope they will be better after many times i had bad service but no, it getting worse. I contacted customer service but never get reply from them. Last time i was there few weeks ago. Ordered online pickup, 15 mins ahead. When i got to the store, there was 3 staff sitting on the dining table and chatting and laughing. When i walked in, none of them say hello or anything. I told them i have online order, they pointed to the pick up shelf, well, there is 1 order there but not mine. Then i told them, they started my order, but not what i want, then i tried to tell them but they didnt listen, they just did what they want to, until i said again, then they laughed at each other, talking while preparing food, they acted like I begged them for food. I love to support local businesses but not this store again. And again, this is not 1st time. So rude, not clean at all.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Online order placed 45 minutes prior to arrival. Food had not even been started. Missing all add-ons, and pickles that were paid for were not put in the bag. The two girls working had no idea what they were doing, awful customer service. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money or time at this location. Just go elsewhere.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery. I have had past orders delivered to 2 different addresses, so I specifically told the employee 3 times where to deliver. My food was taken to the wrong place and left on the porch in 90 degree heat. Yum! When I called to cancel the order and make sure my card was refunded, I got nothing but excuses and attitude from the so called manager. She should be fired. This is the LAST time I will order from here!! Terrible service.

What is the point of in store pick up if they don’t make it until you arrive? The last few times I ordered about 20-30 mins prior and then had to wait for it to be made even though there was 1-2 other customers in the store and employees were just standing in the back. They purposely wait until you get there to make your pick up order for some reason. Not to mention they never have ingredients like bread lol. Either the ice or soda machines are down and most of the employees are rude for no reason. This place has really gone down hill in the past couple years. I used to be able to just pick up my food on the way to work. Maybe I’d understand if they were busy. It’s weird

Ordered at 12:52. It’s 2:08 and still not delivered. I called. The girl answered, Hey. I asked if I could get a refund. She told me it was out for delivery. I said yes, it’s been over a hour. She said, 3-5 business days. I asked if I could get a confirmation number or receipt. She again said, 3-5 business days. Absolutely so rude.

I have ordered delivery multiple times here over the past two weeks because it is close to my work. Every time I have ordered their soda machine is down and it takes about 2 hours for a couple sandwiches to be delivered. The food is always great but the time is ridiculous.

Would leave zero stars if possible. The last 4 times I have ordered “they don’t have a delivery driver scheduled for tonight.” The most recent was at 6:30pm. The last time they had a driver, they called me not once but twice because they didn’t have the ingredients for my order. Today I was called by them to cancel my order, and now I see they marked it completed on door dash. Really poor management and ethics.

Placed an online order for delivery & they went above & beyond! They called me day of as they needed to ask about a drink. They also decorated the bag, sandwich wrapper & cup as it was my friend’s birthday & the meal was being delivered to her work! It put a smile on her face & I appreciate them adding the special touch.
