My previous 5 star rating has been updated. I always order the Vito. This is a sandwich that doesn’t come with mayo. For a few months now, it has constantly come with mayo! If I asked that they don’t put mayo on it, I get a snarky response that it doesn’t come with mayo. I’ve still had mayo on it even when I say this. It’s extremely frustrating to get a sandwich that I can’t eat. People either love mayo or hate it! It’s a hard for me! I’ve gone back and they will remake the sandwich but I shouldn’t have to waste all that time! I just want to receive a sandwich the way it is described in their menu.

I ordered by phone an order that my daughter went by and picked up and brought to me. She visited for a while and then left. After she left, I opened the sandwich to eat and discovered that it was not what I ordered. I am currently a resident in a skilled nursing facility so I cannot go by and have the order corrected.

Very fast service. Excellent location. Terrible staff parking manners. They normally park on the side of the road and, more often than not, are parked in the road. I’ve almost gotten in several accidents due to the staff’s parking ignorance. Doors wide open with oncoming traffic, pulling uturns without a signal or care, and typically just not being aware of traffic while entering/exiting their vehicles. No lie. This is a weekly occurrence and needs to be fixed.

I’ll be taking my business else where. Came into this location the other day to pick up my order and it seemed the girl at the counter (bigger emo one) could care less to check on my order. Instead she wanted to gossip to her coworkers and complain about the owners in front of a customer. Then they want me to tip them (which she was complaining of $20 plus tips for making a sandwich she wasn’t making). Beware of this declining location. Not freaky fast, but freaky terrible. Customer service is a thing of the past apparently.

I love Jimmy John’s. Beach club w/ hot peppers. This particular franchise was good. Food was perfect and FREAKY FAST. I just don’t like the location, never any parking.

Normally when I order a sandwich it comes with lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc. The sandwiches that I ordered had none of that. Not to mention it costed 35$ and for what?? Two slices of white bread and some meat inside!
