Ever since this location has opened up it’s been a night mare for service. Whether drive thru or delivery there has ALWAYS been something wrong with every order!!!! NOW…. They have always delivered to me since the first day of business. My house is 2.8 miles away from the store and all of a sudden I am out of there delivery zone . I’m done with this store. Every staff member there especially this little young African American teenager that works the drive through and the phone, has the worst most terrible attitude, food is consistently wrong and has to be replaced, but they all want raises . I’m done with them. If you give this store your money your a complete idiot. Order from Jersey Mikes! Better food, better service and they don’t complain about delivery.

My first sub from a previous day was good ordered inside. Went back to order about a week later I asked for no onions or tomatoes, there were both on my sandwich. Go inside and order to see what your getting, they give you what they want @ drive thru. The workers were friendly and nice.

I tried to come in and order my food at 8:22 tonight and the girl working told me and another gentleman that she was by herself so she was only running the drive-thru when I got to the window there was in fact at least one other female employee inside with her that I saw also as per my receipt I specifically requested mayonnaise and oil and vinegar which is the side sauces and none were in my bag. I was on my way home I had a 45 minute drive ahead of me and unfortunately I did not open my sandwich until I got home will not be back I also tried to give the girl a tip and apparently she didn’t appreciate the dollar because she put it in my order.

The food was trash. My sub was so empty that I felt like I was eating cardboard. And then when they were making it they never asked me if I wanted mayo on my sub. So when I bit into it I instantly gagged. I won’t be returning. Jersey Mikes is the best hands down. You get quality for what you pay and it’s cheaper .

Me and my husband stopped in to see what they had . There may not have been a tremendous amount of choices but the Italian sub we ordered was extremely large and was absolutely delicious!! We come from NY so we are used to big subs and the food was fresh , the bread was delicious, the place was spotless clean . I would take this place over subway any day ! The one thing they should add is hot subs or the Option to toast the sub, and maybe some wraps other than that it was fresh and delicious , highly recommend.
