They did 10/10 with our sandwichs! Everything was correct with our customizations and they definitely added extra meat. They also cut my husbands giant into 4 pieces without being asked, which he appreciated. Very pleased!

I love the food here but today I almost walked out and asked for my money back. While my food is being made I am watching two girls behind the counter fixing drinks and one of the girls wiped their nose on the back of their wrist. Ok cool but gloves were on and they didn’t change them before making my food it was a very younger girl she needs to be educated before working . Not sure now if I will ever go back.

I walked into this location around 6:30 pm on 2/3/23. There were two women working. One of them was cursing up a storm to her co-worker about her manager. Even as she is taking my order she is still being inappropriate. As I am waiting for my sandwich she has her personal phone hooked up to the speaker. Extremely vulgar music was playing. They did not realize and when they did they couldn’t find the phone to turn off the music. The one co-worker was cursing the entire time I was there. I understand we all have bad days, but there was no level of professionalism. I will never be dining here EVER AGAIN!!

I won’t be coming back to this location. All three sandwiches were made poorly. No mayonnaise , no lettuce, tomato, onion. I would think we got someone else’s order , but the tags on the sandwiches were ours. Extremely disappointed. Conway location will be the only one I go to , once the sting of this visit wears off.

Very disappointed in service today. Trying to treat a co-worker to lunch. Order was late. Was told it would be refunded because they only have one driver. Food on its way. Food went to a different location. Cannot find me? I had given exact address when ordered and had ordered delivery before. It got to be 2 hours, no lunch. called again was told the person who answered would make our lunch and personally deliver it herself in 10 mins. 45minutes went by, no food. Called again, was put on hold by the person who was to deliver it. After a long hold the driver got on and tried to blame for me saying I didn’t want the order, soggy sandwiches. I advised the other lady said she would make it right and come with a new order herself. Who wants a soggy sandwich? They kept putting me on hold and no one owned the mistakes. After 3 hours, I went to a local subway, had my sandwich in 5 minutes. As I was eating it, another driver shows up with 2 sandwiches(Not the whole original order) I called Jimmy Johns, they refused to answer. Refused sandwiches. NEVER AGAIN! nightmare.

Fantastic one of my favorite fast food eats. Almost always consistent and good sandwich. I always order with the app and my food is waiting for me sometimes I eat in, sometimes I take it to go. This location been good many times they get upgraded to 5 stars for consistent good service and food.
