Placed an online order for lunch at shortly after 12pm. Got to the store about 12mins after ordering. Took almost 30minutes to get my food. Several other people came in, ordered at the register, got their food and left. I told them I was waiting for a pickup when I had arrived but never got any update or was asked what order I was waiting for. I finally went and asked if it was being fixed and they said it was next. They handed me my sandwich without bagging it or including the cookie or my drink cup. Pretty disappointed with the service. I’ve been to this location many times and have never had to wait as long as I did this trip. I will say the sandwich was made correctly and tasted great just wish the customer service and speed of service was better. I mean after all their logo is “Freaky Fast”. Inside of store was clean and there is both indoor and outdoor seating.

On 8/22/23 I went to this location to pick up a catering order I had placed the day before. I pulled into a public parallel parking spot in front of the store. A jimmy johns employee started a verbal altercation with me over this parking spot! She claimed the parking spot was hers and demanded that I move! She even went as far as to get the police involved! A police officer came inside the store to talk to me! Of course it was a waste of the police officers time because I crime had not been committed! The assistant store manger said employees do not have assigned parking and that the employee was on break. I am upset about being verbally attacked by this employee! I have reached out to Jimmy John’s corporate office as well as this specific store location! Absolutely nothing has been done about the store employee causing a altercation with me over a parking spot that I was going to be in for a total of 5 minutes! FYI do not visit this store location because they don’t care that their store employees harass and verbally assault their customers!

Sandwich was good but they need to be more organized with the service. It’s busy during lunchtime with take out orders and walk in customers so a dedicated cashier would make things flow better and keep orders from getting mixed up

I just placed an order today (4/19/23) and there were only 2 people working – one woman in the store and one delivery person. They were both so kind and friendly even though it was VERY busy for them. I want to call out how pleasant they were and give them kudos for being awesome even while short staffed tonight. Thank you both!!!!

I came to this location at around 8:35-8:40 pm and as soon as I walked in the lady (Tiffany) working the front area looked at her watch and then at me. Knew this wasn’t going to be a good experience from then on out because instead of greeting me 1st you wanted to make it aware that you were closing soon. Which i understand because their closing hour is at 9 pm. After speaking with her i cant really say she had an attitude she was just was in a rush to close her store. Then I proceeded to order and she tells me she has put majority of everything away such as the deli meat and condiments. After her complaining for about 5 mins she then tells me what is available. After taking my payment she then tells me she can’t make the unwhich i ordered, which she had already confirmed with me that she could before my payment. Afterwards she finds lettuce tucked away underneath the counter then says again she can. I was little frustrated because whether or not you have the ingredients out after you have taken my payment it shouldn’t matter. If l have already paid for my sandwhich somebody better be making it whether the ingredients were just put up or not. Why leave the door open for customers to come in if you’re packing up everything early? Maybe they should close at 830 instead of 9. I felt extremely rushed. I had to take packets of mayo and mustard home that she put in the bag to finish making my sandwhich.

This location is productive and efficient they can take my order and in no time I’m out the door!! The team always Is polite and listens to what I Have to say and answers my questions. The quality is excellent, the subs are perfectly aligned, my food is always neat and clean with precision, I’ve never had anything sloppy done from this store location. I believe in paying for quality food and you guys are excellent!! thank you for being passionate in what you do! They are always quick to get you out the door with no waiting around. You can never go wrong When you stop by this location for a quick lunch.

Tried to order an extra pickle and the woman working threatened to call the police on me…. …..She misunderstood what I was asking of her and she turned my food order into a personal attack on herself…… Tried to come back an hour later and offer some constructive criticism on her customer service and she threatened to ban me and my friend from Jimmy John’s….

I always order the same thing, creature of habit and it’s so good. The quality of the sandwich is great. However, I always order via the app and it never fails something is wrong- the sandwich isn’t cut (maybe not a big deal to most but I eat half during a meeting that night the other half the next day for lunch at work so finding a knife isn’t always possible), it isn’t ready even if I order it 30 minutes prior and I walk in and people are standing around, I have to ask for the cup or napkins- little frustrations that can make a bad day worse or could have lightened my load a little.
