I’ve now had 3 poor experiences at this location. The first time I went there the sandwich was okay, but when asked the girl at the register about their limited time sub she didn’t even seem to know it existed and kept staring at the ground. Another guy answered my questions and was very nice. Went back next time and the same girl was at the counter and I waited a good 5-6 mins after the people in front of me ordered (they were her friends) before I could to the register. I was told the pick up order I put in 15 mins prior still wasn’t ready…waited another 10 mins bc no one called name so I walked up to the counter and it had just been sitting there. No one informed me it was ready but I didn’t want to keep asking over and over if it was ready yet. Now today, they deliver to my job. I put in the order over the phone because the website says they don’t even deliver here even tho it’s 1.5 miles away. She didn’t get 2 toppings I requested, receipt said to cut in half and it wasn’t cut in half. There was barely any lettuce and the ingredient portion sizes were completely off. Most underwhelming sandwich of my life. I worked at a jjs in Columbia for 4 years and it’s really not that hard to make a damn sandwich the way people request it. Won’t be going back.

Just went through drive thru. They had a very hard time hearing me but eventually got order right. Got home and one sub was correct and other wasn’t even close. Ordered a club, no mayo with dijon and hot peppers. Received a Turkey, no cheese, extra mayo, guacamole, and cucumbers. Hate mayo so couldn’t touch it. Receipt showed correct order. Didn’t appear to be anyone else in restaurant. Used to come here all the time but wrong orders happening at least 1/3 time over last year. Not sure what’s changed but it’s a mess.

I placed an order at 12:40pm. 2pm order was still not delivered. I called and asked to speak to the manager. The manager was rude and had very poor communication. When asked about my order and/or if anyone was going to notify me he said, “I can’t do anything if I’m making food right?” and then he hung up on me. This location has the worst customer service, rude drivers, and consistent at messing up orders and delivering hours later. I will also be notifying corporate of this managers lack of customer service. I finally received my sandwich only to have the incorrect sandwich delivered.
