Terrible customer service to black people!!!! No sense of urgency. Food a terrible quality (old, cold, over done, UNDONE, etc.) Rude teenagers with no experience. Terrible management. This spot is only good because it’s off of the interstate and people driving long distances get tired of burgers. VERY unorganized.

I went to this location once, a couple weeks ago. Thankfully my order was made right, unlike most other 1 star reviews here. That was the only good thing. The staff was so unwelcoming and honestly just rude. I felt like an inconvenience here, despite being the only customer in the restaurant. I won’t be back to this location. I’d actually rather spend a little more to go to Jersey Mike’s down the road.
